When I purchased this item I also checked to see about the warranty of this product. Item on description listed that the coffee maker had a one year limited warranty. I purchased this coffee maker in September of 2024 and also purchased a 4 year extended warranty. In May 2025 (this month) I happened to notice the halo rim around the heating plate was cracked. My son and I are the only one who drinks coffee, I also noticed the coffee pot did not fill up to 10 cups. I tried to return it to Sam's for an exchange, but was told Sam only has a 90 day return/exchange/refund. If it is only 90 days why does in the description say 1 year warranty?

We bought our Flexbrew in 2016. It has been used every day since then. We use the carafe brew and the single pod brew everyday as well. We couldn't imagine that it would still be working after 9 years, after some of the other big name brands that we have had. It's so nice that it offers the flexibility of brewing a carafe or a pod. I use the regular brew for my wife and the bold brew option for myself. Our coffee taste wonderful. You can't go wrong by purchasing this brewer!
