Every item that I have from them still works -phones, tablets, earbuds, TV’s, Fridges. This is the first tower that I have had and I love it! It’s space-saving, Uber modern, and it performs efficiently (my electric bill has decreased)! I also know that the clothes are cleaner than my old side-by-side rival machine. I was a bit worried about having this type of washer because I owned a similar one in the past (not LG) and the smell was still stinky after the cleaning cycle. LG is transparent in their instructions in caring for the machine. There is no musty smell in the drum. This fits any household and can handle your delicates and heavy duty loads! It’s pretty quiet too! An adjustable chime when done for both machines. The app is a great tool for this machine as well! The cost I paid was also great with a promotion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it and hate it. The combined tower is a nice space saver in an apartment, previous units barely fit when stacked. Washes clothes as expected, rinses better than my previous washer, app is okay but my partner hates it…because a lot of the presets require the app (some delicate or handwash option), but you are still required to interact on the actual washer and dryer (so clothes in washer, pull out phone, select downloaded on washer, start on washer). I believe you can enable starting the washer/dryer on the app but then you completely disable the ability to start on the washer, it’s crazy they can’t give you the option. The 2 biggest issues are the rinse and spin, and the inability to just add more time to the dryer. If you need to rinse and spin, you have to use the app, and you can’t select the temperature. It won’t do cold rinses, only medium/cool and there are no guides or documentation discussing water temperature for the unit. Cold is required for a lot of clothes. Also, never had a dryer where you can’t add more or less time, not a big deal but there are just so many basics missing, and the app falls short on providing them properly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a month now. Excellent easy to understand and use features. It is located in the garage so the cycle complete notification feature is very nice. The only problem was installation and initial operation. An error code was displayed upon delivery which was missed. It was discovered to be an exhaust airflow blockage. The outside flappers were clogged which was fixed but the error code does not go away for several cycles. Initially I contacted support which scheduled an installation revisit but it was cancelled when I resolved the problem. Yes, I had to read the manual, but it would have been nice if the technicians at LG new about the error codes and delay in clearing. Would have saved time on both ends.

1 day to use the dryer, horrible noise. Called the service department, came to look at it. Said a needed a new part (bearing) it would need to be ordered. Yesterday it was replaced, did my first load and the same issue again. Then a did a second load of laundry ,at the end of the cycle there was so much suds i had to removed and the laundry was not wrong properly. I always use less detergent (Persia)than recommended. So that should not have been the issue. I have had front endloaders since the early 80’s. Very disappointed. Called the dealer , have not heard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been 16 months and I am surprised how awesome this machine is. Water efficiency is amazing, my water bill actually went down. I was skeptical of how clean my clothes got with so little water in the tub, but they come out fresh and clean. With many downloadable wash cycles to choose from this baby is awesome. Easy to use an easy on the eyes when I get my utility bills. I don’t give it a 5 star rating cause it can’t unload, fold and iron my clothes. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG washtower! Having had a LG set in the past, I wanted them in my current home, but our ceiling height is low. We remodeled our bathroom to bring the laundry upstairs from the basement and this washtower was a perfect choice (it fit with enough clearance to maneuver into place!) Having the control panel in the middle is a bonus and so convenien! The features and cycle choices are awesome and it does everything my old set did AND MORE! If you don’t use the LG ThinQ app you are not using the appliance to its fullest and best capacity because of the numerous cycles options available for download. And it notifies my watch when a cycle is done too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer sometimes knocks and makes load noice. The dryer is very quiet and is working great. Not sure if there’s a balance problem when there isn’t a full load. I have not seen anything in the instructions to address this problem. Will consult the manual. Otherwise everything else is okay

This unit is new and will not wash anything. Only cycle that even sort of works is bedding, and on that it only fills up with water. All other cycles flash dashes on the screen. After that it never spins or washes anything. Can’t even spin out the water it brings in. Can’t believe it! So disappointing

I have one installed in my “washer closet”. The water drain hose on it is about 60” long, it does not wrap all the way around the back as shown in photo - it’s at least 12” short! The photo on the website shows a hose that when shipping wraps all the way around the back of the washer: have measured one in a store to be about 100”! I can’t speak to the operation of the machine as I can’t use it! The seller will be taking it back. Such a waste of everybody’s time and efforts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although whoever installed this washer/dryer tower combo failed to remove the shipping bolts on the washer which caused a horrible scraping noise and and unbalanced spin. After contacting LG as well as the builder of my home, the bolts were removed by the builder and both washer and dryer are working quietly and flawlessly. I would highly recommend LG for this washer/dryer combo. My LG Refrigerator and OLED TV work as flawlessly as the above mentioned.
