The washtower is easy to use and handy with the controls between the doors. Unfortunately the delivery company was rude and damaged trees on our driveway.

Great combination unit. Ease of control access is a good feature. Quiet operation as well. Like the settings and opportunity to customize them as well. Very pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend this product.

Quiet, easy to use with some little extras that help when doing laundry.

We replaced an ancient stacked washer-dryer in our new beach house. And we are so glad we did. Now instead of “old clunker,” as we called it, we have our new LG unit. It is quiet, efficient, and promises to give us years of service. We love the compact size that fits the same space but offered expanded almost full size capacity due to new technologies. It also features advanced sensors and controls that assure our laundry is done right.

Bought this combo washer and dryer about one month ago after we remodeled our laundry room. The washer and dryer work great and gives us more room to fold clothes. The vibration using the washer does not move the unit. This purchase was what we needed so now we donor have to go to the basement for washing and drying the clothes.

We have the stainless front, making it look like a kitchen appliance, looks better than the common white or black. Install was easy, but moving into place difficult due to size weight. Only complaint is the wifi app, software is difficult to use as it is not like any other interface. While it works, it is not intuitive, you must adapt to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. So far I love this stackable unit. Even though it is full size it is so quiet. There are plenty of options on both the washer and dryer. Longevity is yet to be determined but we are off to a great start.

Nice interface, both run really well and fit into tight spaces. Has been very good for a physio clinic set - in use constantly.

I have been using for about 3 weeks and I am very pleased except that I really wanted to be able to wash my King comforters. They fit, but came out of the wash a bit 'extra' wrinkled, same as a smaller washer. However, after the dryer it was better. Also WIFI is quite difficult to connect to.
