Very convenient to have the touch controls for both washer & dryer in the middle of the unit. The remote capabilities and notification features (ThinQ) make the whole laundry process faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked everywhere for the perfect stacked laundry station. I am 5 ft tall and needed the controls in the middle. This unit is so quiet and so many settings and does a great job cleaning our clothes. I didn't realize our out washer wasn't getting our clothes clean until I started using LG!

The new laundry tower fit the small room nicely. They are quiet and easy to use. We especially think that the mid-cabinet controls were the deciding factor in our selection of the tower. Both my Wife and I can easily see the controls now without needing a step stool for the dryer! We have all LG now in our kitchen and laundry room and find the quality to be an upgrade over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG Tower about a month ago and I am so pleased with its performance. It is quiet, spins excess water out very effectively and dries quickly. Installation was tricky in our small space, but well worth the effort.

We purchased this washer/dryer because of the location of the controls. I am barely 5 ft tall and I can't reach the controls. This has been more than what I could have hoped for in an appliance. It also fits nicely into our small space. Our previous appliance would stick out and we had to walk around it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to communicating via my iPhone with my Tower but nobody has the time or knowledge to assist me with setting mine up. I’ve gone through all the support people and followed through with all the instructions to no avail. I could have purchased a less expensive unit had I known there was going to be a problem with this one that seems to be common amongst other customers that purchased this unit. So very disappointed ☹️

If it were only easier to understand what this machine can do, I would give it a 5 star. I love this tower washer and dryer. I like that fact that I can download cycles that are not available on the machine to select. However, if I were a bit older and had limited technology know-how this equipment would be very hard to use and would be spending way too much electricity and "over-washing" my laundry (too long of a cycle as I could not pick something shorter from the control panel on the washer). However, since I understand technology and the LG app on my phone is easy to navigate, I would recommend this to anyone that is not a technophobe. Can't really value rate it, as I am still trying to understand all its potential.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this back in November and decided to renovate my laundry space to include cabinets and counterspace where the side by side used to take. We are still waiting on the cabinets and floor install but I can not be happier with the wash tower. It does an amazing job on the laundry, everything looks better then our previous units from another manufacture. The communication from the washer to the dryer where the washer tells the dryer basically what is just washed is great. Starting the dryer is just a matter of transferring the load and hitting start. The washer has a lot of features, even more options with the LG app. I love that it tells me when a load is finished or I can look at the app and it tells me what time it will finish. No more wrinkles from forgetting the load was in the washer. So far so good - we do a lot of laundry each week and the family loves it. In the pic you see an old kitchen base cab we slid in place for now and the spot on the floor is paint. Love it!

It's gives you all the benefits of full sized units in a space saving design; ease of operation also makes it a good choice. The controls are located in the middle of the unit which makes them easy to see and reach, a definite plus for a disabled person. After researching and reading reviews on many different models this unit fit my needs and I'm very happy with my choice, I highly recommend it!
