But we couldn't be happier with this machine. It's very simple to operate and extremely quiet while operating. Don't be fooled thinking these particular machines can only handle small loads you can load this puppy up much like the larger machines and still get great results. Lots of choices when it comes to wash cycles and the keypad will allow you to modify those to your liking. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a new washer/dryer. The washer spin cycle extracts so much water

We had them for 20 years and we only replaced them because we wanted a stackable unit. The LG tower is not only beautiful, It is super quiet, easy to operate and little to no vibration even with a large load.

And the spin feature is so good , the clothes are almost dry when they are removed. And the care the clothes get by tumbling to wash , means there is very little lint in the filter in the dryer. Very convenient to have the touch controls for both washer & dryer in the middle of the unit. The remote capabilities and notification features (ThinQ) make the whole laundry process faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my LG Laundry center 3 times now. Our clothing is very lightly soiled so I can wash at the 15-minute level. It uses 2 thirds less detergent. Les than half the water of my top load. The highest spin cycle is 1300 rpm. I don't have to use that one. The dryer does a wonderful job too. I used to use 15 kw of power with my old dryer. This also has been cut in half. Truley is energy efficient.

I purchase this with little research because a friend had ordered the same and said it got amazing reviews. So you can imagine how AMAZED I was that it came with an app and status of the load. Like a true non-researcher, I also did not read the manual. However, it is pretty straightforward to use and I am so pleased with it. The only downside it that I wish it had a soak cycle, I didn't own a front loader before this so it's just something you forget about.

I purchased this product because I love a front load machine and I have very limited space so this ThinQ was perfect. I am very disappointed that within 13 months we had the. Imputed go out. I had a white Westinghouse front loader for over 20 years.
