[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the washer/dryer for about a month. It does require a 120V for the washer, which we learned at installation with our old 240V unit. The install can be a bit tight depending on your space, so confirm all things. Nevertheless, the washer/dryer has performed well in the past month. It can handle a large load of clothes, or bedding with ease. The cycles are somewhat long unfortunately. This is apparently common with front loading HE washers. The LG app takes some time to figure out how to connect, and I wish that was easier even as someone who’s a little tech savvy. I recommend the app because you can get notifications if your load is done in case you’re not near the unit or if you tend to forget. You can download specific recipes, which is awesome. The standard recipes are fine, but the ability to download is icing on the cake. I haven’t used the dryer extensively on men’s shirts but don’t think wrinkling will be an issue. We did use steam just once, and the clothes were burning hot coming out. The central panel is nice so you don’t have to reach up to 72” in the air, being at about hip height. No leaks yet. It’s a huge upgrade over our previous Whirlpool unit. We know it will continue to perform with proper care.

It fit the niche we had and met all our needs. It is surprisingly intuitive in its operation. My 85-year-old mother mastered the controls in record time. The washer spin cycle works so well that our drying time is reduced by a third. The unit is well-balanced so any vibration is minimized. The control panel is easy to reach and navigate. We have not used the WiFi controls yet but it looks like a nice feature for more tech-savvy people.

Hate this stackable. Dryer keeps shutting off. I took apart the sensor and cleaned it out. Even vacuumed it but I notice the motor to the far left which is not reachable to clean has Lint. I am very annoyed and wish I can return it

The washer and dryer work great, as expected. The wifi connectivity is a nightmare. If all you need is a compact washer/dryer unit then yes, I would recommend it. If you need the "smart" features, look elsewhere.

Well only had a little over a week now. But my wife is quite pleased and it's quiet and efficient. Also she loves the app to let her know when things are done.
