Hi, we regret to hear your experiencing a vibrating issue with your WKE100HWA model washer and dryer wash tower. We're here to assist you! Does your unit rock back and forth when you push on it gently? If so, please make sure that your unit is level as an unlevel unit will exacerbate any existing vibrations. If your unit is installed on a 2nd floor, sometimes we see that the floor may not be sturdy enough to handle the effect of the washing cycle on the floor. One possible solution may be to get some rubber cups for washing machine's feet, or some anti-vibration pads such as KE shake away vibration insulation pads that may help reduce the vibration.
