I have been using for about 3 weeks and I am very pleased except that I really wanted to be able to wash my King comforters. They fit, but came out of the wash a bit 'extra' wrinkled, same as a smaller washer. However, after the dryer it was better. Also WIFI is quite difficult to connect to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had ouur LG smart washer and dryer for 3 weeks now and cannot believe how clean, fresh, fluffy our clothes, sheets and towels are coming out. I have tested the machines various cycles and each one performs perfectly. They are simple to operate with a myriad of options for spin, water temp., clothing/bedding types, etc. I had initially had difficulty connecting the washer/dryer to the app. I requested help via the app and was answered within a 24 hour period as to how to fix the connection issue. It was easy to fix and I am now enjoying the connectivity of being able to remotely start operations or I am given a signal on my phone and/or smart watch when a load is finished washing and must be dried, or when the dryer is complete. If I cannot get to the dryer, I can opt to have the dryer spin the clothing off and on for 90 minutes so they do not wrinkle. I mean, c’mon, this is really good. I could go on and on. The cons? Sorry, none yet to report.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what we needed for the utility Room in our new lake house due to space available. It provides an excellent size and capable washer and dryer for our new place. They have performed flawlessly so far and are very happy with our selection.

We are very pleased with our new LG Wash Tower. Last year we purchased a top load machine with impeller and were not happy with it. We hated the idea of purchasing another new washer so soon, but since we now had to replace our dryer, it wasn't so hard to convince ourselves. The LG is such an improvement. We love this stacked unit for several reasons. Aside from working so much better in our space, it was easy to hookup, works far better than the top loading machine and our old dryer. The setting panels for the washer and dryer are so conveniently located! I'm average height and found the setting panel on the stacked dryers were often hard to read and reach. Having the control panels in between the units makes it much easier. Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm one of those people who spends weeks, months even years reading everything I can about a big(ger) ticket item I want to buy. I knew I wanted a stacked type washer and dryer, but as I'm short at 5'3", the dryer controls are too high on every unit and I'm not all about getting a stool every time I want to use the dryer. Enter the LG Tower series. The washer and dryer controls are in the middle! Perfect for me, and great reviews. I love it. It's so efficient with water use, the controls are easy to use and it's quiet. I love the LG ThinQ app, too. So far, I am thrilled with this washer/dryer tower. I hope it lasts for years, like my old set did. This one will save me a huge amount on electricity, so it's definitely a keeper. I HIGHLY recommend it.

This is my second LG washer/dryer. Soon after we purchase the first set, we moved and the buyers wanted it in the deal. Then we moved from Maine to Florida and moved 5 times. None of the homes had LG. Finally, we moved here to Moore Haven with a really bad, mismatched set. Finally the dryer died, best day ever. I insisted we replace it with my beloved LG set. Life is Good Again...

The automatic settings have delivered clean and fully dried clothes including small loads and some larges loads. We learned to minimize our laundry detergent use versus our old machine which will save some $$ every load. We're quite happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer/dryer set! We recently remodeled out basement bathroom/laundry room, and this new set made the room look so much better! They look good and fit really well in the space. I love that the controls are combined in the middle! It gives them a seamless look and is super functional. I can easily reach the controls for both the washer and dryer. The washer works so fast and well! I've found clothes come out smelling so clean, which is impressive since I'm often washing out potty training accidents. I also love that I can connect through my phone because I can go back upstairs and get stuff done and get notified when the laundry is complete. Another thing I love is the auto sensing technology. You don't have to pick any settings if you don't want to, and if you do pick settings, they will automatically save. The dryer will also automatically tumble dry every so often til you pull it out which I love. My clothes don't get wrinkly sitting in there and my towels smell fresher when I pull them out. Overall, I highly recommend this stackable washer/dryer unit. It's perfect for us and our needs.

I got the tower so that I could have a little extra space when I had the back bathroom and laundry area remodeled. It is a great washer. The only thing that bothers me is that a regular cycle takes so long and speed wash option is not very good. And I don't have a soak cycle, what happened to that option? The dryer is great.
