[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the unit for only 3 weeks but has had a real workout. I like how quiet the unit is. Very multi-purpose--can wash all you can put in it down to just a few items and this machine is smart enough to figure what you need as to washing Expect it to be much more economical than the old unit it replaced. Dryer is as smart as the washer as to what you need. Very quiet. Like the Energy Saver feature. Capacity of washer and dryer is large but adaptable from small to large loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.

My LG washer dryer not only looks beautiful (I removed the doors to my laundry area so you can see them all the time) and does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes, but it plays music instead of an obnoxious buzzer making doing laundry a lot more FUN!

The new laundry tower fit the small room nicely. They are quiet and easy to use. We especially think that the mid-cabinet controls were the deciding factor in our selection of the tower. Both my Wife and I can easily see the controls now without needing a step stool for the dryer! We have all LG now in our kitchen and laundry room and find the quality to be an upgrade over other brands.

Built with controls in the middle so dryer easy to load and empty. Enlarges our laundry room instantly! Very pleased so far.

Holds plenty of clothes for cleaning and everything has come out spotless and looking good. This model has a sleek design that doesn't even need to live in a laundry closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans the clothes as expected. My pantry/laundry room is very small and the tower gave me more space to add shelves for the pantry. It is does not make as much noise as our old LG washer/dryer. The controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three weeks ago love it plays a pretty tune when done able to was my granddaughters diapers and sanitize them have a small laundry room but this enabled me to have a small freezer next to it and I took doors off laundry room so now all my appliances match and everything is open
