[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far - so great! I got my LG washer dryer stack in March and it has been great - quiet, fast, wonderful clean clothes. I haven't tried the app or all the features yet but I am looking forward to getting to know them all!

Straight out of the gate it's a user friendly set up. Sleek profile with a minimalist feel. The wash cycles are pretty long compared to our previous equipment. A quick wash setting would be an improvement and a better damp/dry sensor for the dryer. All in all, we recommend the washer/dryer tower.

My LG washer dryer not only looks beautiful (I removed the doors to my laundry area so you can see them all the time) and does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes, but it plays music instead of an obnoxious buzzer making doing laundry a lot more FUN!

I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s so quiet! Still getting used to the settings but I love it so far. My only regret is when I purchased it, I forgot to order it with the doors opening to the right (towards my wall). It’s a bit awkward in my small space, but otherwise it cleans and dries so much more efficiently.

Purchased in December as had to replace a set when the dryer failed. Both parts of the tower are higher capacity with many options. Downoadable programs help provide more options, but require mobile phone to use those cycles. There is limited ability to change things in those cycles, making it harder to customize per load. I miss a couple of washer features - the short load is rather harsh, resulting in fabric feeling coarser and more wrinkly. permanent press is a downloadable only cycle, not standard option. Dryer not so good at producing wrinkle free items even when immediately removed. Not sure if this because washer cycles result in more wrinkles, therefore wrinkles remain even after drying. Same cycle issues with dryer - less customizable except with downloadable programs. Would like to create my own cycles, but can't seem to figure out if that is possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month in a half ago and couldn’t be happier! I live in a condo and always had other brands that didn’t last but 4-5 years. This fits perfectly in my laundry closet. I’ve never had one with all these features before. I love the ThinQ app as there are many more setting I can send to my washer and dryer. My dryer also syncs with my washer so it knows what dryer setting it needs to be on once I choose my wash cycle. Amazing feature! My clothes have never been cleaner! It’s beautiful and as silly as it may sound, I find myself just looking at it. It makes me so happy. Now, time will tell on how long it lasts. I’m confident that my LG will last at least 10 years! :)

This not only frees up room in our laundry room but its super easy to use. The features are amazing and i love the steam wash! Best part is that it tells you when the loads are done. I always forget to switch clothes but now thats in the past!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer/dryer set! We recently remodeled out basement bathroom/laundry room, and this new set made the room look so much better! They look good and fit really well in the space. I love that the controls are combined in the middle! It gives them a seamless look and is super functional. I can easily reach the controls for both the washer and dryer. The washer works so fast and well! I've found clothes come out smelling so clean, which is impressive since I'm often washing out potty training accidents. I also love that I can connect through my phone because I can go back upstairs and get stuff done and get notified when the laundry is complete. Another thing I love is the auto sensing technology. You don't have to pick any settings if you don't want to, and if you do pick settings, they will automatically save. The dryer will also automatically tumble dry every so often til you pull it out which I love. My clothes don't get wrinkly sitting in there and my towels smell fresher when I pull them out. Overall, I highly recommend this stackable washer/dryer unit. It's perfect for us and our needs.

The only thing I would change about the stack unit is having all the wash & dry cycles on the units themselves instead of having to use the app for some, otherwise, they're amazing! Highly recommend!
