It not only is an awesome combo but fits perfectly!! Both units work beyond our expectations!! So glad we made the leap and purchased this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my unit but it makes an awful noise when I dry my clothes. I reported it but nothing has been done to rectify it. I have been waiting to hear from the manufacturer or someone to fix it for several weeks. The settings are too high for normal washing. I think one hour and twenty minutes is too long for a normal washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG Tower Washer Dryer! Front loaders are the best for the cleanest of clothes and this combo beats the rest. It does a better job than a commercial laundromat. The LG is intuitively smart with a detailed lighted menu. It's quiet and has a magnificent space age design! At the end of each cycle the machine chimes a song to let you know when your wash or drying is done. The only thing I would add are wheels because the machine needs to be movable. Locking wheels would be great. I love my LG so much that I can't wait till laundry day! How many people can say that?

As with my previous LG washer/dryer, this stack looks great (especially the charcoal color) and works great. It is quiet and gets everything clean even on speed wash cycles! I like this as I get the wash done quickly! It works so well that I rarely have to use a long cycle! Tip, I do leave the door wide open for a day after use. Then I close it further but never all the way to make sure the drum dries to avoid the mold that is common with front loaders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a ~tiny~ laundry room and in a quest to get more space we thought this wash tower would be great and we were so right. All of the controls are in the middle panel meaning I don’t have to reach to the heavens to turn on the dryer, it has so many settings so you can customize it to anything you are washing, the chime at the end is adorable, and did I mention it cleans and dries like a champ? I was worried I was going to get more space in the room and less in the actual appliance but I can fit all of my king sized sheets and duvets and quilts in there with ease. Plus it has an app that lets you name your tower and will notify you when the cycles have finished and even allow you to remotely start your loads! Don’t mind me, just living in the future over here. I will say that the first official load I did there was a slight “new washer smell” associated with it but that has quickly gone away so it is not an issue.

I also like that there is an alarm when the washer and the dryer are finished. I also like the fact that the controls for the washer and the dryer are in the middle of the two appliances so that I don't have to reach up to the top of the dryer to turn it on.

I also have a king size bed, so the unit had to have a large capacity for sheets and blankets. Having the controls in the middle at eye level is one of the best features, it also reduces the overall height of the unit to fit in my utility closet. It is so sleek and modern, I don't mind keeping the closet door open. It is also extremely quiet when in use, but I do love the little tune it plays when the washer or dryer are finished their cycle. You would think this unit would cost significantly more than separate stackable units, but it is not. Would I recommend, YES!! One of my best purchases.

Installed quickly and easily. My laundry is cleaner than it has been is a long time. I have owned a front load system before but this stackable is far superior.
