[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had side by side machines and stackable machines, but this tower is the best of the lot. The capacity is much larger than in my stackable se yet with the same space saving design. Surprisingly, the unit doesn't "walk" all over as my side by side set did. I'm 5'2" tall and can easily get everything out of the dryer with ease. This is simply the best designed unit ever. The LG brand is well respected, and I expect to use this machine for many happy years to come.

The primary factor was where the controls for the washer and dryer were located. The center control panel means no stooping and no reaching - very important as you get older. Quiet was the other consideration. The washer is almost silent, except for the spin cycle. The dryer, well it is a dryer, but we have found it is quieter than most. It has an ample number of settings and it is a joy to use.

It had a streamlined look and many extra features I had not seen before . It does a phenomenal job on the laundry . I love my LG ThinQ I am moving this summer and would by it again

I wanted a stacking unit but hesitated because most controls are so high, so I jumped on this when I saw it. I like the sanitize feature in the washer since I have a pretty serious dust mite allergy. The dryer's wrinkle care feature is handy, especially when a load tends to be done right when you sit down to dinner. I haven't tried the ThinQ app yet, but may download a couple cycles to try.

It also operates very quietly. I highly recommend these to anyone that wants a top quality stackable washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to wash towels for our gym. The towels are used to sanitize the equipment. This has been a great machine. Only drawback is the directions are a bit hard to understand. What type of cycle, what is the time for each. But we love it.

Chose this over stackable models as the control panel For both the washer and the dryer are right in the middle and you don’t need to reach up high to control the top unit when you buy two units that stack. Has all the features you need and washes and dries well. Wi-Fi is helpful to not forget about your clothes.

I bought this set about 1.5 months ago and absolutely love them! I have a small laundry room that is also the entrance into my home through the garage and this stacked set has freed up space in the room. I did have a concern about possible noise, but they are very quiet. I have not had any bulky loads, like a comforter, but all my laundry has been completed in shorter cycles & I suspect with less water than my previous LG front load machine. I have not taken the time to set up the app to use with the machines. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase & recommend the set.

They use very little water and electricity. The control panels are easy to use and provide all the cycles you could ever hope to use. We can honestly strongly recommend LG products based on our experience with them.
