[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our ThinQ over the Labor Day Weekend and the anticipation of its delivery grew more and more as each day passed….. it was well worth the wait, these machines are everything we expected and more. Clothes come out of the dryer unwrinkled and the melody you hear when cycle finishes is so cute!!! Looking forward to more LG purchases in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.

Now I can’t wait to do laundry because of the ease and quality of this machine. It is quiet, my floor no longer shakes like it did when my previous washer was in the spin cycle and can wash and dry quilts and heavy bedding and have them dry on the first cycle.

When the cycle is done and the light turns on its nice to see inside incase a lost sock gets left behind! I would recommend to someone that doesnt mind having to lift your clothes from bottom to top dryer, its nice that the doors stay open if you open them... i love the song it plays when it's done too!

It's a good machine. Washes and dries more than you think it will. Inside the rubber boot around the washer opening retains water, so I suggest using a towel to wipe it dry all the way around to prevent mildew. I always keep the washer door slightly open, too. Make sure you get all the parts that come with the machine. I was missing the foot pads, the laundry hose bracket, and the wrench to adjust the legs.

This machine is complicated. It works best if you read your manual thoroughly. There are several important but fairly simple cleaning requirements to keep lint and water out of harming the machine. I highly recommend buying a warranty that goes beyond the basic warranty.

It's gives you all the benefits of full sized units in a space saving design; ease of operation also makes it a good choice. The controls are located in the middle of the unit which makes them easy to see and reach, a definite plus for a disabled person. After researching and reading reviews on many different models this unit fit my needs and I'm very happy with my choice, I highly recommend it!

I love the LG Washtower appliance. It is quiet and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it fit in my condo laundry space, The installer was outstanding and assured me it would fit there, and that I would be happy with the purchase.

The full size stainless steal tub and dryer are a dream. Plus, there are plenty of different cycles. It's the best!

This wash tower is extremely quiet and does an excellent job without beating the clothes to death! Very efficient no matter the size of the load. The washer knows exactly how much water to put in. Clothes are clean every time.
