This replace our old w/d and now I am in heaven doing laundry. I like that I can monitor the wash and dry cycles on my phone. This is the best upgrade of any appliances I have ever purchased. This stack is also a huge space saver in our mudroom . Highly recommend.

Delivery and install seemed fine but later (5 days) discovered vent was not proper and it steamed the whole laundry room. We obtained a duct service to come out at our expense and correct issue. Other than this little set back we are overjoyed with the machine's performance. I love the musical chime when the machine has completed it cycle. Much better than the old buzzer of our retired but faithful Neptune of 22 years. I also enjoy the fact that the lighted area of the washer goes off after removal of the clothes. This allows us to leave the door open to lessening molding in the washer without burning the bulb out. The sleek lines of the tower is very appealing. Our laundry is also the main bathroom to our home. It is of showroom quality and first comments of our guests. I look forward to many years of service for the unit.

The full size stainless steal tub and dryer are a dream. Plus, there are plenty of different cycles. It's the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old unit with this washer and dryer combo and was the best decision I've made. The washer holds a lot more than my old unit did and washes a large load of clothes in a very short time. There is a lot to learn and you'll want to keep your manual close by. The unit fits perfectly and frees up space in my garage. As for the dryer, it is a dream come true. I now only need to run it once to get a large load of clothes with towels, fully dried. My older unit required two cycles and I'm certain it was more energy inefficient. There is still a lot more that I am still learning about this washer and dryer but so far, I'm loving doing laundry as my clothes are washed faster and feel and look cleaner. I highly recommend this product as it holds a lot more clothes than my old unit, washes and dries faster than my old unit, looks beautiful and makes my clothes look and feel cleaner.

Also uses a reduced amount of soap. Yeah, savings. The laundry tower fit right into our aloted space. No tangled sheets. I have used all the features and all worked well. Life saver.

I love my Washtower but....I wish I could connect with it. Because I am running on 5g it won't connect. You would think it would connect using a higher running speed but it doesn't. I hope it will in the future (if that is possible) Other than that I love it!!

I would love to give this item a great review but I haven't even been able to use it as it is damaged and I have been fighting with LG for over 2 weeks on getting this issue resolved. It is a full size washer and dryer that fits in a small space. Our clothes come out clean and I like all of the different settings you can use. It was the perfect choice for our new 2nd home.
