I would love to give this item a great review but I haven't even been able to use it as it is damaged and I have been fighting with LG for over 2 weeks on getting this issue resolved. Everything on the washer and dryer was manual, but I was comfortable with that and a little leery of the AI that the LG washer offered. Now, after three weeks and six loads of of laundry I love my new LG washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable washer/dryer unit since I live in a condo and limited space for the unit. I also have a king size bed, so the unit had to have a large capacity for sheets and blankets. Having the controls in the middle at eye level is one of the best features, it also reduces the overall height of the unit to fit in my utility closet. It is so sleek and modern, I don't mind keeping the closet door open. It is also extremely quiet when in use, but I do love the little tune it plays when the washer or dryer are finished their cycle. You would think this unit would cost significantly more than separate stackable units, but it is not. Would I recommend, YES!! One of my best purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I did not have to Scarface style and functionality with this LG stackable. The unit is perfect for the small laundry space in my house. I previous had a top load stackable with turn dials so I love that I now have a modern front load stackable with digital settings. The stackable is very user friendly and took no time to figure out. Also will still compact it is big enough for a comforter or large loads of clothes to fit.

Sleek aesthetic and not too loud as well. Also really nice that all the control buttons are in the middle, I’m on the shorter side so I really appreciate not having to reach to the top of the machine. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I love my new washtower it gets my clothes extra clean and it’s super convenient! I love how I can control most of what it does through the ThinQ app and it give me gentle reminders and recommendations. However I do not like how I was offered the LG premium Care with it as soon as I bought it then after it’s almost impossible to get help adding that service on to my new purchase, they all tried to deflect the situation and put it off on the retail store that I bought it from .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having my old washer/dryer for over 25 years, I had to replace it. I started looking at new ones and came upon this LG laundry center. I was instantly in love! Although I had to wait for a plumber to install new valves, it was DEFINITELY worth the wait! I keep telling my family how much I love doing laundry. The fact that it plays a little tune to let me know it’s finished is an added bonus. I hope I get 25 years out of my new laundry center! The Diamond Gray color is so beautiful.My old unit was behind a door in a closet. This unit is so pretty, I took the door off and just have it exposed. So happy with my purchase!

The LG stackable unit has all the controls in the center which allows her easy access. The capacities of the washer and dryer are perfect and again low enough for her to load and unload without any problems. Quiet, efficient and affordable. Great product!

My dislikes are not light by dispenser light on washer and dryer don't stay on very long and anybody older or has a bad back I'd advise not to buy you are almost on the ground to put and take close out of the washer. The dyer is a nice height for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. So far I love this stackable unit. Even though it is full size it is so quiet. There are plenty of options on both the washer and dryer. Longevity is yet to be determined but we are off to a great start.
