[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. So far I love this stackable unit. Even though it is full size it is so quiet. There are plenty of options on both the washer and dryer. Longevity is yet to be determined but we are off to a great start.

Also uses a reduced amount of soap. Yeah, savings. The laundry tower fit right into our aloted space. No tangled sheets. I have used all the features and all worked well. Life saver.

I would love to give this item a great review but I haven't even been able to use it as it is damaged and I have been fighting with LG for over 2 weeks on getting this issue resolved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This an absolute gem. The stacked one unit for the dryer and washer is compact to save space yet very efficient and powerful. The unit is so compact can fit in any condominiums tight spaces. So far it washes clothes very well. And user has many options to choose the type of wash depending the material of clothes. LG is a brand to trust. I had another washer for 15 years before it break down and decided to get a new one another LG. I strongly recommend LG products for the build quality and performance.

This is our second set of LG washer & dryer (had 1st set for 15 years) & this one doesn't disappoint. The settings are great on the washer, clothes feel almost dry after wash cycle ends. Love that the dryer knows setting for drying from option chosen on washer. Very pleased with the set. Thanks for making a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer and dryer work as expected. Main gripe is the dumb vibration sensor that seems to be integral to it working. The only reason I didn't knock it down further is because I have a 5 year repair warranty, but still, a less than 1 year old washer shouldn't stop working just because of a dumb sensor when the washer itself is mechanically perfect. Never been able to use the app features because it seems to hate wi-fi mesh systems so I gave up on that also. I did try turning off the 5Ghz signal and retrying, but nothing.

so far, I really like this wash tower. one thing I find odd is yiu can only adjust dryer temperature if you use time dry? Normal uses hottest setting, delicate uses coldest setting and they cannot be adjusted. love that it's a full size washer and dryer that fits nicely in tight spaces...

This unit has a lot of the same features as larger units even thoughitfits in a smaller space. I was able to wash my comforter in it. WIFI was a bit of a challenge to connect bur was able to get assistance through LG chat support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been shopping for a stackable laundry set and, because we are short, were put off because the dryer controls were always too high for comfort. This LG unit has the controls between the washer and dryer and is so convenient.

Remember that the rubber around the washer drum is prone to mold, as on all front loading washers, and you need to leave the door open between washes. Also, at year 4, after warranty expiration, the washer repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker, luckily after leaving it unplugged overnight it resumed correct functioning. I thought it was going to be a drum motor failure as I’ve read about this for this model online. I’m not sure I’d buy another front load washer. I also bought some tablets to clean inside of washer periodiclt as I have a pet. Seems to help fight build-up inside washer. Cleaning, capacity washing and drying has been great. Decent noise level.
