Steam option on this washer - This set is close to a bedroom... so it was really important to get this whisper quiet set... it has all the options anyone could every want. It looks great and is sleek looking right where it is at. The clothes are so clean and fresh - well rinsed ! I would recommend this to anyone who has high expectations from their purchases and want to get their moneys worth. Thank you LG. We are looking forward to many many years of use !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it's everything I hoped for. It's easy to use and seems to save a lot of water over my old one. I also like that there is an alarm when the washer and the dryer are finished. I also like the fact that the controls for the washer and the dryer are in the middle of the two appliances so that I don't have to reach up to the top of the dryer to turn it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first load I ran through the dryer came up with an error code of d80. This fantastic machine knew that my dryer vent was 80% clogged. I called a chimney sweep out to clean my ductwork and he said it was really bad and could have started a fire. Thank you LG!

It was easy to connect to my router and set up the app on my tablet and phone. I like being notified when the clothes are done. Very easy to operate; controls are clear and easy to read. It's quiet, too. We just love it.

This fits my needs perfectly as the controls are within reach and loading and unloading are within my height requirements. Thank you for building a stackable unit that I can use and be comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several weeks ago based on my daughter’s experience with an LG unit and am loving it. Now I can’t wait to do laundry because of the ease and quality of this machine. It is quiet, my floor no longer shakes like it did when my previous washer was in the spin cycle and can wash and dry quilts and heavy bedding and have them dry on the first cycle.

We have had this set for about a month. Wish we would have bought them sooner. They are so easy to use. A lot quieter than we imagined. These beauty’s work even better than they look, and they look amazing!!! The spin cycle works so well that it saves you on drying time. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great washer and dryer! 5 gold stars!!

When it was delivered, the delivery men couldn't install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end, which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a "no" attitude instead of a "okay, let's figure this out" and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than I'm used to to really get my clothes clean. I'm not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines, they're stable, and do clean well. I love how advanced we've gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on, hopefully it has a timed wash/dry; that would be helpful. I didn't see it on the screen.

I bought this a few weeks ago and as right now I can say that this is the best purchase I’ve ever made! This washer and dryer have so much space, I’m able to make a cycle for my comforter and big amount of clothes. For me it feels like I did an investment. I do recommend this washer and dryer combo!!!
