It is a full size washer and dryer that fits in a small space. Our clothes come out clean and I like all of the different settings you can use. It was the perfect choice for our new 2nd home.

Built with controls in the middle so dryer easy to load and empty. Enlarges our laundry room instantly! Very pleased so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in January of 2021 - we looked at several before deciding that the LG would be our best choice. The primary factor was where the controls for the washer and dryer were located. The center control panel means no stooping and no reaching - very important as you get older. Quiet was the other consideration. The washer is almost silent, except for the spin cycle. The dryer, well it is a dryer, but we have found it is quieter than most. It has an ample number of settings and it is a joy to use.

I have purchased this and only used it to wash clothes around 5 times and had to call for repair three times for a vibration sensor error. So disappointed in the machine. I was so excited to get a new washer/dryer combo and so disappointed in the performance. Waiting for the repairman, hoping third time is the charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it this is the worst washing machine ever now I specify washing machine the dryer is pretty good but the washing machine does not clean your clothes I don't know your clothes stink like wet dog and when you open the front loader there is every type of particle that did not go down the drain around the Rubber seal whether it be paper in your pocket or dog hair or grass it doesn't matter your stuck cleaning the rubber every time you do a load and your clothes smell no matter what you do even if you put additives in this is the worst washing machine I've ever owned and unfortunately it is too late for me to return it

The washer automatically determines the water based on the weight of the cloths loaded. This is a great feature me, it eliminates me guessing the water level. Plus it's saving on water usage with result being a lower water bill. I also enjoy the option whre you can select based on how soiled the cloths are that determine how long the washer will run. The dryer has similar feature as the washer. By converting to an enery efficient washer & dryer my electric bill decreased by $15 from Dec-Jan at this rate I'm expecting to save at least $180 or more this year. I have limited laundry room space, this unit has provided me with an additional 30" to use for storage space..

I love that I can control the unit with my mobile app. I love that the control panel is in the middle of unit. I also love that I have full capacity with this unit but it can fit into a close.

The capacity is better than expected, and the speed this setup runs through laundry is really helpful to keep the clothes from piling up. If you aren't very handy, I would opt for the paid install. Otherwise, very satisfied with the Washtower.
