Installed quickly and easily. My laundry is cleaner than it has been is a long time. I have owned a front load system before but this stackable is far superior.

I had a big heavy duty washer and dryer before I bought the wash tower and never expected it to do a better job, but in spite of it's good looks and more appropriate size, it outperforms my huge ugly old washer and dryer. I also received excellent support thru the website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the beginning I didn’t think I was going to like this new LG, but the more I use it and learn about the great features, the more I’m falling in love with it. It runs quite and efficiently. The spin cycles can be regulated for several different speeds. I like that because not all loads are the same. I even like the little jingle it plays when the was has stopped. All in all I would recommend this stackable washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A remarkable product with sleek design and easy operation. It is somehow confounding that of all the cycles available, there is no permanent press. That is only accessible by downloading the LGThinQ app to a smartphone. And that itself is not easy. Truly puzzling when one realizes that most of today's laundry for clothing is permanent press. There also is no handwash cycle, but the delicate cycle can accomplish this task. Except for the permanent press omission, I am totally in love with the results this machine gives, both washer and dryer. VERY happy I bought this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 23 year old workhorse. The new stackable are quiet, efficient and makes doing laundry a pleasure. They are easy to use, offer great features and my laundry comes out sparkling clean and dry.

Glad I went to the store to see that a tower was a better choice than stacking machines, as the tower has all the buttons in the middle where they are easily accessible. I am happy with these machines. They wash and dry well. Small things that I wish: wish the “quick wash” was slightly longer (currently 15 min). Or would be nice to have a choice between a quick wash and the normal wash. Obviously that’s personal preference. Wish there was a “extra water” feature like my old machine. Also on the dryer - there is no delay timer (there is a delay timer on the washer but it’s the dryer you need this for since it sucks the electricity the most and we like to run it when hydro is cheapest). Also wish there was a 10 min timed dry. The shortest timed dry is 20 min.

I have never had an issue with water pressure with old washer and dryer. The pressure coming into the house is 75lbs. The water co. we use checked it. A plumber also checked it. They each say it is related to how the washer is built. The sound is extremely loud and we will have to add a pressure reducer to correct. Why should we have to pay for an issue that is obviously a flaw in the way the machine is made? And do we want a water pressure reducer?? How will that effect other appliances?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are experiencing high heat in the final spin cycle and have been waiting for a month for someone from service to call to setup an appointment to look at what the problem might be. Not a good way to start for owning our first LG product.

I love the LG Washtower appliance. It is quiet and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it fit in my condo laundry space, The installer was outstanding and assured me it would fit there, and that I would be happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a ~tiny~ laundry room and in a quest to get more space we thought this wash tower would be great and we were so right. All of the controls are in the middle panel meaning I don’t have to reach to the heavens to turn on the dryer, it has so many settings so you can customize it to anything you are washing, the chime at the end is adorable, and did I mention it cleans and dries like a champ? I was worried I was going to get more space in the room and less in the actual appliance but I can fit all of my king sized sheets and duvets and quilts in there with ease. Plus it has an app that lets you name your tower and will notify you when the cycles have finished and even allow you to remotely start your loads! Don’t mind me, just living in the future over here. I will say that the first official load I did there was a slight “new washer smell” associated with it but that has quickly gone away so it is not an issue.
