I love the display of the TV. My main concern is with the audio! The TV sits in the living room. In the living room, we have a box fan to circulate air in the room. When the box fan is on. I need to push the TV audio to around 75-85% to hear what is coming out. The problem is I don't understand why it needs to be that high, and I don't really feel the audio is that loud. I also have multiple Samsung TVs and Projectors. Most of them are hooked up to an audio unit that is Harmon or Samsung. Thus, this may be a problem for the TV, but it should be addressed. Video looking great is awesome, but a large part of the viewing experience is to hear what is also on the TV.

Just wish there wasn't so many ads about personal stuff u don't want to watch. I really love the volume and the quality of the sound and background noise of TV it so awesome to watch shows like at the theater.

I love my Samsung tv’s. I have three Smart Samsung televisions. I have never bought anything but a Samsung television. I have never had a problem with any of them. Whenever I purchase a new one it was just to purchase a larger size. Thank you Samsung for such a great product.

Picture is great! However when the tv is not used as this is a part time home it disconnects from wifi and forgets the password that we have imputed into tv over 50 times. When we try to put wifi password into tv it will kick us out over and over before letting us input password. It's not a WiFi issue it's just the Samsung tv. Very frustrating and we had repairman out and he didn't find any issue. We also set up a second appointment and repairman was a no call, no show. We will probably just buy a new tv (another brand) and replace our Samsung.

Love the picture quality and the ease to navigate throughout the apps. Swapped out this TV with another TV purchased which I was so disappointed in and not happy. Now with my 65" Samsung I am happier and gladder I made the switch. Very well worth it.

The tv itself is great, five stars! The smart part of it is terrible. I had been watching shows on Paramount+ for over four months with maybe a hiccup or two, then after the latest update it would play one show, then not the next, now won't play anything on Paramount, it loads the app so you can see the things you want to watch, just won't play them, you get to watch a black screen with the spinner. I went back to the AppleTV device, everything works great with it.

My dogs had inadvertently knocked our old Samsung TV over. I ended up finding a better model since it's been several years since I bought a TV. This TV has had great quality between picture, uniformity, color, and responsiveness. It also is kinda cool to see how it integrates well with my other Samsung products with smart things.
