This tv is a lemon it doesn’t stay connected to WiFi. The sound goes out constantly tv constantly freezes and will not respond. I have to turn off to restart. I have to call in to Samsung to have the ttv set back to factory settings in order to connect to WiFi. I had to call 4 times to have this issue resolved. I only had this tv approximately 6 months.

For the price, this is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent, it's worked well in our bright room, and the UI seems to be responsive and with very little to no latency. The only issue I've had is that if you're using the apps via the UI, there are a few that tend to load very slowly, or sometimes not at all. YouTube TV and the MLB app are two that I have ongoing issues with. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this TV.

I've always supported Samsung my entire life but I have to say I am very very disappointed and this TV model. The picture is terrible and the brightness is low. It also makes clicking noises the whole time that's turned on and then when you turn it off it continues to make clicking and popping noises when it's dead silent in the room. I would suggest to stay away from this TV go for an upper model from Samsung because I do own one of those and they are well worth the money.

The picture is great. We upgraded from a tv that worked fine but did not have internet capability. Setup went fine. My only issue is the remote. I sometimes use closed captioning. There is not a button to access it without going through several menus. I also miss the ability to switch back and forth between antenna channels using one button on the remote. Overall we are enjoying the tv. I just miss several features that I had on the other tvs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I really like how quick it is at responding to the remote, there's not much of a delay which is nice compared with older versions I've had. I like the size of it, maybe bigger than I'm used to but it's nice in my apartment for movies and gaming. The brightness is pretty good, mixed with a nice contrast, all adjustable too and depending on what you're doing you have different modes. The only bad part is it's not OLED, but it does well for me. This particular 55 inch is in my bedroom . Anybody who sees this TV on always comments how spectacular it is . It was not priced high , So it was very affordable and yet Out performs pretty much anybody else's TV that I've seen. This is one I would absolutely recommend

I absolutely love my Samsung TV. I could not be without it. I must have and do rely on Samsung + and the Stingray Music. I would love it though if when I turn it on it would have the last station I was watching, rather than it going to Samsung +. I have to change it sometimes and I’m even getting too old to remember what I was last watching. It is favorite TV out of all I’ve had over my many years. I really hope one day to get that absolutely “gorgeous picture” TV that I saw in the store Christmas 2025. Just not sure I can afford it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing TV! I’ve had my Samsung 65" Q7F for over 4 months now, and I absolutely love it! The display graphics are amazing — the colors, clarity, and picture quality are better than I expected. The sound is also surprisingly incredible and makes watching movies, sports, and shows so much more enjoyable without needing an extra sound system. The TV feels very durable and well-built. After more than 4 months, it still looks brand new with not a single scratch. I’ve even accidentally forgotten to turn it off a few times, and it has held up great. I’m definitely being more careful about that now because I don’t want to risk any circuit or electrical issues. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this TV. Great picture, amazing sound, beautiful design, and excellent durability. Definitely one of my favorite purchases! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I only have a couple issues with the TV. The first is the amount of time it takes to boot it up and get to the channel I want to watch. The second could be the answer to the first. I have not found a way to learn more about how to operate the TV. I am hoping I can get it to always boot up to the last channel watched, but have not been able to find instructions about this, as well as other things to adjust. Any help in this area would be appreciated.
