[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect TV for the bed room., it's like a little brother to our bigger Samsung with amazing picture, remote is very responsive and easy to use, in the dark buttons are easily used or talk in the remote works great, contrast is amazing colors, uniformity setting up out of the box is simple do to the order the TV tells you what to do, if we need a new TV upscale to the 65 will be great

I have been a Samsung fan/customer, ever since I bought my first Samsung 50" Plasma TV in 2006. That TV had so many options for Video and Audio connections, and the sound from the TV was great. I am not happy with this 85" Samsung TV.... The sound is horrible and creates a distorted noise at modest volumes for watching movies. There are very limited Video and Audio connections, and was not able to connect my Yamaha surround sound receiver. Picture quality is good but not great. Other than size, I prefer my old 50" Samsung TV with much better sound, good picture, and more Video and Audio options than I could ever use. --- Would NOT Recommend this 85" Samsung TV to friends or family

I love my Samsung TV sharpness and color. It looks like the people jump out at you and it’s so crisp and clear and when a theme comes on with music is playing you can hear all the instruments in the background beautiful TV. Study the rest of the TVs and the Samsung is the best TV on the market.

I absolutely love this TV the color is absolutely amazing, design is A1, and the sound could not be better! You can do anything you need to entertainment wise.Its easy to use Bluetooth, download apps, browse the net. The ease of use is Amazing! Thanks samsung for your consistency in delivering A1 products.

Generally okay, but it often pixelates briefly, which is bothersome on a six month old TV. It also buffers frequently, often within a few minutes of changing channels, but also at random times when the buffering has a longer duration. What could be the fixes for these problems?? It never happened on my older TV, which was replaced only because a larger screen was needed.

The picture quality is excellent. The brightness and contrast are great, and everything looks sharp and detailed in 4K. The TV is very responsive, and the AI upscaling does a great job making regular HD content look better. Overall, I’m very happy with the TV and would definitely recommend it.

The product appearance is sleek, attractive and light to lift onto the mantle. The picture quality is crisp, clear and the contrast is very impressive. After a few glitches with the remote that were easily corrected, we gegan to enjoy the whole experience.

I am in my mid 80's. I find the remote impossible to useless. I have severe arthritis in my hands and did not the technical knowledge of the maker. Bought a universal remove. Log in process too complicated for an old man. Someday the techies will develop short termememory.

Great mid cost alternative. Picture is like looking through a window. So clear sometimes you feel like a peeping tom. The sound is clear. The settings are intuitive and will allow you to adjust to your viewing area. Big enough to get a WOW and small enough for a bedroom while being able to fill the family room with bright and clear entertainment. The contrast complements the color saturation to bring you the best viewing for the buck you will find. This is your huckleberry. Pick Samsung and Don’t settle for less.
