I sharpness and quality cannot compare to anything else I ever seen. It's like you're really there in the movie. Almost tempted to reach out and try to grab what you see. The contrast of the screen is easy on the eyes, especially at night when other tvs can be so bright.

i find the home screen to be cluttered with numerous images of various apps, most of which are of no use to me. While some images can be moved on the screen, other images cannot be moved and this adds to unnecessary time to get to the apps that I want to use. The screen does not return me to the last app used and the process of getting back to a show is not always correct and it is unnecessarily time consuming.

The picture is very clear, sound is very good. The remote is small but packs a concise punch, especially once we learned how to operate it. I bought it without really exploring its SmartTV capabilities, but our satellite dish had a malfunction and we lost access to our preferred channels. It only took two days for us to figure out how to access so many of our favorite channels and shows just using the TV’s internet related features. Great product!!

I’m very impressed with my Samsung QLED TV. The picture quality is excellent, with bright colors, deep contrast, and sharp details. The TV has a sleek, modern design and the smart features are easy to use. The sound quality is also good for everyday viewing.

This was a gift from my children and I LOVE THIS TV! The picture is perfect and the remote has all the features I need. The size fits perfectly in my entertainment center and the features and remote work easily for me. I love the screensavers that are built in to set the tone for the room. I would order a Samsung TV again and recommend their TVs highly.

The Good Wonderful video with excellent contrast, beautiful vivid colors and sharp imagery. The Bad Had to purchase and install an enhancer in order to use hearing aid TV connector. This was not necessary with previous models that had sufficient audio ports. The Ugly Coordination with accessories such as a premium sound system with sound bar is complex, as is integration with Fire Cube and Firestick remote. The command pathways to enable selection of a a channel or streaming app and episodes is tediously long and complex.
