I am one step away from taking it back just because ot the remote. We had 3 samesung tvs in our house a week ago. The first one to die was 2013. Then 2020. Now if I take this one back I will buy a Sony. The remote situation is compounded by Direct TV. What a fiasco.

The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with excellent color and clarity whether I’m watching movies, sports, or streaming my favorite shows. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.

It's clear and makes you feel like you're actually in whatever you are watching. And let's talk about the sound. The sound quality is great and crisp. You also have various choices to choose from to make the sound more dynamic. Finally, I love the fact that I can have all of my streaming networks in one place and I can cast to the tv without having a Google Chromecast connected.

While this is not the top of the line or the most expensive for Samsung…the price is right and the TV is wow! The picture quality and responsiveness is amazing. I have a small living room so the sound is great, especially with the sound amplifier feature. I love that all the apps are on the Home Screen, making them easy to find and use. The app for controlling the TV with my phone is user friendly and convenient. In short, I recommend this to anyone who is starting to discover the value of a great TV.

So, we decided to get a new Samsung TV and we also decided to step up to the 65" TV. It's been a couple of weeks since our purchase and we are very happy with our choice.

Do you think Samsung stood behind their product? Nope! After numerous calls with promises of a return call from the acceleration dept. I am still waiting. a month later. So, if you buy a Samsung tv don’t expect them to do anything when something goes wrong! I wish there was a way to include a picture.
