The only compliant is that the HDMI port keeps losing connection, every once in a while. Have to go in and choose the correct HDMI port. Keeps going to HDMI 3 instead of HDMI 1. Nothing Issa on HDMI 3. Can't figure out how to change the default.

It makes learning to use much easier. I love that the screensaver feature is activated when I don't make a selection, like going to the guide and I get distracted and never make a selection.

Why would anyone want the sound to cut off waiting for something to happen or go to a connect screen block the program you are watching. I see thousand of complaints on line with no answer how to turn off AI related features which block pictures or sound at a Radom time.

The organization of it isn't I would love to click on my apps and gave the list instead of having to toggle past suggested and whatever else is on the screen. I would like the option not to have anyythng but my aps shoe up when i turn the Tv on. There is too much going o. Ibn the homescreen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only complaints are the newer OS where it takes you to a "home page" instead of just being a bar across the bottom. Most of the time taking you out of the current app, and not letting you exit the menu easily. I'm not a fan of the one middle stand instead of legs towards either end. I just want to spread the weight out evenly and I think it looks cleaner without a big black plastic piece in the middle. I really like the older curved remote but I think if the new remotes with the solar back were a little bigger I'd be happier.

So, instead of feeling better for upgrading from a 17-year-old non-smart TV to an AI-powered OLED, I feel like I have entered a Greek tragedy where a mortal fights against the Fates. Since I don't have the hubris of Odysseus, I am content to accept what Samsung has decided I need and leave setting AI optimized. The positive part is that I got exactly what I saw in the store, but the weakness is that if you don't like it at home, you may have to take it back to the store.

I still cannot figure out to add those major providers to menu bar. Also, how do you use microphone? It is not intuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thoroughly enjoying my new 65" OLED Samsung TV. The contrast combined with the brightness of the pitcher makes it amazingly clear. And maneuvering from station to station and platform to platform is user vdery friendly. Watching baseball games has never been better. I absolutely LOVE this TV!!!
