I love my new Samsung smart TV! There is definitely a learning curve, Alexa has helped with all my issues so far. The picture is very sharp and bright, even with night scenes, which I struggled to see with my old smart TV. Very please with this purchase.

We have had our new Samsung TV FOR ALMOST A MONTH, and we still haven't been able to use it properly. I've gone on YouTube and the internet, following the directions to update the Smart hub, but to no avail. We can't even download our apps. It is very frustrating and we're thinking of bringing it back.

I have been using samsung products (TV's and phones) for years and very rarely have a problem with these items. The TV i just bought, the latest of the ones I own, is working well. The Picture is clear and the sound is better than the the 65" I had previously. All of the apps work and the help that is available for this tv is better than a lot of the other brands names. Since this is an upgrade from the the last TV this one is Rep,aceing I ahven't had the time to delve into all of it yet. i am sure that this TV will be better that last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife & I both watch daytime TV. She watches dramas & I watch tennis or rugby. But we have lots of windows and sliding glass doors and the picture on our old TV was so greyed out by the bright sunlight it made for difficult and unpleasant viewing. “Why is it filmed in the dark?” my wife would say. I said tennis balls should be red so you could see them. We bought this Samsung because, after extensive research, it seemed to be the best for our viewing conditions. WOW!!! What a difference! What an improvement. My wife and I can now see features and details we never knew existed. For example, we can follow the flight of the tennis ball perfectly. Our previous TV was a pretty good one but old. Pals, who have a new TV, came over to watch the soccer World Cup final and were surprised we didn't draw the blinds. And were astonished at the bright, clear picture in the brilliant sun. We are fed up with hype and exaggerated claims and fulsome reviews. But this Samsung is everything it & reviewers claim. And night time viewing is crystal clear. I am hard of hearing and so we have an excellent sound bar. But the built-in speakers are remarkably good. We just regret we didn't buy it earlier!

We first bought a new QLED (Samsung) and were happy with it. But a declining vision impairment accelerated so we replaced it with this S90FD OLED. Never enjoyed a tv more than this. Watching travel videos was never a “thing” for us until now. I am about to replace another unit in our home with this same model.

Purchased this model and a 2023 model. This one is having eArc connection problems with soundbar. Over and hour with samsung support only to have it stop working again off and on. The older model has now developed a power issue. Allstate warranty is a nightmare to deal with. If I ever have to buy another TV hopefully they have an alternative to Allstate.

Amazing tv for the money. Everything about it is amazing. Picture is fantastic. No issues with panel uniformity that I can see. I had an s85fd that I returned when the s90fd went on sale. Tizen is snappy enough. Being able to calibrate the tv with my s24 ultra is sweet. Blows away my 2019 TCLr625 it replaces.

I bought this at Costco. great value for a TV, especially with all the SAMSUNG TV Plus selections. Two things that they can improve on: 1) Remote - the volume and channel change buttons are too small. They should improve on this 2) the Apps menu that goes along with the Samsung TV Plus, TV, Apple Play, Live Air, Netflix, etc. When I select on Home in the Remote, all those apps are too small...the highlight is not bright good enough to select the apps, often going on level lower. I wish those App icons were larger.
