Good value, quality, picture tv, any negative would be that you pretty much have to learn to operate yourself since there's no tv assistant in store.

TV is fine, no problems at all with the TV. its Sam's customer service that is a problem ahd there Help Center is useless. I didn't get any paper work concerning the 5 year warranty that was free with the purchase.
