We got this a little while back haven't gotten to use it very much yet but from what I can tell it is very quiet, and we were able to mount it on the front of a cargo trailer, perfect fit, The only complaint I have with the whole order is the shipping, it took way to long for the distance it came from it up took 5 days to go 350 miles

I live in New Orleans. I bought this generator at my local Sam's one day after hurricane Zeta and ran it just a couple days to keep the fridge cold after that hurricane. We only run it at night. Then it sat turned off until May when a small tornado came down the street knocking the power out for a day. For those two event I had put a total of 27 hours on the unit. Then came hurricane Ida. We ran it every day (during the day) for a week straight. During that time we ran the fridge (a small fridge, only a few hundred watts but twice that at startup) a small 500 watt room air conditioner, the TV, and charged multiple batteries on phones and flashlights (again, we didn't run it at night). Starts on the first pull every time runs great. With everything above pugged in and running, the power meter is one bar less than full capacity. One evening I was cleaning up outside and noticed it was running a little rough. I checked the hour meter and it was over 80 hours of run time and I was supposed to change the oil around 50 (time flies when your having fun I guess). So I powered down everything, cut it off and changed the oil (luckily my truck uses 10w so I had some lying around). After that, it started on first pull and right back to purring like a kitten... I love this generator, it's been a life saver. I'm thinking of either getting a bigger dual fuel from A-iPower, or another one of these and doubling the capacity. We had the neighbors insulin in our fridge and was storing multiple food items (beer) for our neighbors. Now I want a bigger unit so I can just hand off an extension cord and go. Do your self a favor and get a NEMA L5-30 adapter so you can use the RV circuit for more household items.

Bought this on Friday after our power went out. Forget any break in…..we oiled it, fueled it and fired it in but a few minutes from arriving at home. It ran our sump pump, refer and TV without load issues. I just powered it off after it ran for five days nonstop. Not a hitch! Our basement remained dry, our food cold and our house safe. Soooo impressed! Now, I will change the oil, install the mag drain plug I ordered and run it out of fuel and feel confident the next time we need her. Bravo! What a deal and what a tank!

I figured I would get my feet wet and purchase my first generator, and I'm glad I did, cause it has proven to be worth EVERY penny of the $250 I paid when it was on sale! It sat in the box for the first 2 months, and my power went out so I decided it was time to put this thing to the test! It started after 2 pulls and has been running for over 3 straight hours with varying loads. I am using it to power a 1500 watt heater and several small electronics in my home, and it handles it with ease. Yes, I could have spent $1000 on that great quality Honda generator that everyone speaks highly about, but for the amount it will be used, that's VERY hard to justify! I am 100% happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone at the sale price I paid.

We use this full time for off grid living, we maintain it, keep up on oil changes, replace air filter, and engine blew up both times, actually may have been something let go in gen part, not sure, it just locked up. So can't recommend this if you are using for off grid living.

Bought this a couple days ago. Set up was simple and straight forward. For the price it's hard to beat. Would I have liked more features....yes, but all in all it's as I said, hard to beat. Longevity has yet to be determined, but If you use non-ethanol fuel with a stabilizer and change the fuel out once a year it should be ok. If there's 1 thing I have reservations about it's with their tech support. I emailed them a couple weeks ago asking a couple questions I had but they never responded. If they won't answer a question before the sale, makes their tech support suspect after the sale. We'll see how it goes.

I've been pleased with my 2300i for about 4 years. It truly measures 52 dB on my Android app and runs for 8-10 hours on a tank of gas with modest load. It is the easiest pull start engine I've owned. I like the fuel is shut off to drain the carb each time so even if it sits for a month or longer, it still starts on 2 or 3 easy pulls. I contacted the service dept to inquire about pairing with non-Aipower inverters and spoke with Oscar. He was great and outlined the procedure to do the pairing, which usually is match red-to-red and blk-to-blk. Again, excellent performance and value for $400 inverter, and way quieter than my Generac 2000w inverter. Also, the 3 year warranty is best around.

I have a 4400sf house with 3 GAS furnaces. I wanted to see if this little generator could power the blower motor, exhaust motor, and ignitor for just 1 of these 5 ton units. I'm running all 3 and the meter says I'm only at half capacity. It idles down immediately upon all 3 units shutting off and it kicks right in as soon as one of them fires up. So I have spare capacity to run a refrigerator and a few backup lights. All I did was unplug all 3 furnaces (110V outlets) and plugged them into a heavy duty extension cord. I ran the cord under a window outside and plugged it into the generator.

I only have 4 hours break in on the generators so I can't comment on the quality of it. The case quality isn't good. Just putting oil in them broke both of the the oil catches that sit under the oil fill port. The angle of the fill port is a bad design. Unless you pre-measure the amount of oil you are putting in, expect to make a mess filling it. I emailed support to ask about a shop manual and a parts diagram/list. I have given them over 2 weeks with no response. Other then a spark plug and maybe a replacement carb, good luck trying to find replacement parts for this unit without supports help.

Bought it to power my cpap when camping, Have over 400 hours on it so far in one month. mine will run 14 to 15 hours on eco mode running my cpap, a small fan, and charging my phone and flashlights. Took a few pulls to start it when over 10,000ft in elevation. 4 stars for now, we'll see how well it works from a year from now.
