Great price, Yamaha clone motor, the competitor's generator with the actual Yamaha motor is more than $200 more expensive. Delivered to my front porch for free, added oil and started up on the second pull. Still breaking it in so I haven't used it much but the You Tube reviews are all positive.

We use this full time for off grid living, we maintain it, keep up on oil changes, replace air filter, and engine blew up both times, actually may have been something let go in gen part, not sure, it just locked up. So can't recommend this if you are using for off grid living.

I have a 4400sf house with 3 GAS furnaces. I wanted to see if this little generator could power the blower motor, exhaust motor, and ignitor for just 1 of these 5 ton units. I'm running all 3 and the meter says I'm only at half capacity. It idles down immediately upon all 3 units shutting off and it kicks right in as soon as one of them fires up. So I have spare capacity to run a refrigerator and a few backup lights. All I did was unplug all 3 furnaces (110V outlets) and plugged them into a heavy duty extension cord. I ran the cord under a window outside and plugged it into the generator.

I purchased this in a hurry due to our electricity being knocked out by a gust of wind ( long story doesn't take much around my area ) anyway it wasn't the one I really wanted but it was all that was available. I got it home, read through the manual fairly quickly, put in the oil ( supplied ), filled it up with gas and to my surprise it started on the first pull. I hooked up our older refrigerator, our freezer, 3 lights ( led bulbs), TV and DVD player then a few hours later added 2 phone chargers and the only issue we had was when the freezer and refrigerator turned on at the same time, it dimmed the lights for about 7-10 seconds and that was the only time. It ran 13 hours on the initial tank of gas, I shut it off to fill it again, she started on the second pull and it ran another 7 hours until power came back on. I have about 1/2 a tank of gas left. It wasn't as quiet as another brand That is known for being quiet and running well but its less than half the price and much more quieter than my 3600 watt Coleman I had for 20+ years. I ran it through the night and my neighbors had no complaint they said they couldn't hear it at all. So to summarize its quiet, fuel efficient ( 13 hours per gallon ) runs more than I thought it would. The only thing missing is longevity and I will try to remember to come back and report on that. I'm actually thinking about buying the dual fuel version of this so I can run it on propane along with running it with the included parallel wires to double the output and not have to have a ton of gasoline on hand.

We recently bought two of these to run in parallel for our travel trailer. They are much easier to load than the big Honda generator we used to use. They start and run the 15K BTU air conditioner with no problem. The extending handle and wheels make it nice to move around. Very happy with our choice. I also found that the Champion generator cover fits perfectly.

Really just a fantastic bit of kit to have in case of emergencies, or for camping/RVing and the like. Bought just ahead of winter storm as store was getting 'cleaned out'. We have lost power prior for a week...it's not fun. While I got it on sale and it would have served our needs well, I will be returning it as I have my eye on a 'duel-fuel' version of this one that is only available via online order/direct shipment, not in the clubs. Price and output is very similar to this one, but having the option to use propane rather than gasoline is a huge plus in most every situation you can think of. Do your research and get the right size for your power needs, as well as the fuel source that suits your needs best. These inverter types are the most efficient, quietest, and offer the cleanest power, and if you get one that can run on propane, well, they can run a really long time on a bottle of propane.

On second use the generator would not start without ether. Runs poorly surging on low idle and normal setting until load is applied. I had hoped it would be close to Honda / Kawasaki quality at much better price point. Did not expect that it would fall so short. After initial set up it let me down at critical power failure point. My recommendation is go ahead and pay the premium for the Honda equivalent. I wish I had.

Very poor design use caution when trying to start this generator if the Pull string slips out of my hand it will pull it through the side of the generator to the very bottom and then you have to disable the complete outside of the generator in order to get to the pool string again it breaks really easy going through the cheap plastic outside of the generator I would not recommend this for anybody to buy

Bought one generator took it out of the Box follow the instructions and the fuel Gauge didn't work. No big deal to get back to Sam's club they gave me another one. Brought It home made sure I followed the directions perfectly and the fuel metre still doesn't work on the 2nd generator. Contacted A-iPower to see what the problem was and they told me to take take generator face plate off to see if it was plugged in properly. Why should I have to take apart a brand new generator. Haven't decided if I'm going to take the generator back or wait to see if A-iPower wants to contact me to make this right.

I purchased two of these and only had them for one day so far but they were packaged nicely with plenty of accessories. Easy directions and quickset up. I connected them to my 50 amp fifth wheel via 30 amp connector. Right away my fifth wheel inverter kicked on that charges my on board battery that supplies all of my lighting voltage and more. After a couple of minutes I turned on my main air conditioning unit they still ran with ease. And then turned on two of my televisions. Couple of minutes later I turned on my refrigerator and freezer still no problem. After a while I remembered my water heater so I turned that on too. Still no problem. The generators were showing at 90% power output with all of that running. Last thing I added was the fan above my stove. Great so far on all aspects.
