Came in the mail in 3 days tops did my break in ran it for 3 solid days no issues last 11-12 hours on full tank run tv and fridge in trailer

Good & easy to move just put the whole quart of oil it has a sensor that prevents it from starting

This lil powerhouse generator runs our entire deer camp, including the small hot water heater. I am absolutely impressed with this generator. The generator comes ready equipped to connect with another A-iPower SUA2300i generator for double the power. Its so quiet that it doesn't disturb the wildlife in the area. It's easy to move around thanks to the retractable handle. The price is the best deal around. Delivery was quicker than expected. The generator was packed well to avoid damage. Definitely recommend.

Ordered this unit last week from Sam's Club. It arrived over the weekend and I was anxious to get it out and try it. Before I bought this unit - I did do lots of comparison shopping on watts, cost and content. I like that I can parallel this unit with another 2300i if I ever need more power in the future but there were other items Iliked... To be honest - I was a bit leery of this unit being touted as "Ultra-Quiet" - more on this later. First impression out of the box was very positive - everything was packaged neatly inside so all I had to do was pull it out and unwrap the plastic. It has a good quality feel to it - panels fit well, thick decals, large easy to use knobs for easy access to oil fill and to start the unit, clean control panel with digital gauges, etc. I really like the mobility kit - sturdy and no assembly required - again - ready to use right out of box (I thought I'd have to at least add wheels). Control panel has an actual USB outlet PLUS a cigarette type plug that can also charge additional USB items. Added the oil by removing back panel. Very easy to fill with supplied funnel and oil. This unit has what they call an "ECO Throttle". This is what makes inverter gen sets smart. This switch, when ON lowers RPMs based of engine based on power demand. Saves gas but what I really liked about it was how QUIET it was when running in ECO mode! This thing just purrs....! I have an old Westinghouse unit and this is as quiet if not quieter! All in all - very pleased. I have yet to run it through its paces but was pleased with this purchase.

I figured I would get my feet wet and purchase my first generator, and I'm glad I did, cause it has proven to be worth EVERY penny of the $250 I paid when it was on sale! It sat in the box for the first 2 months, and my power went out so I decided it was time to put this thing to the test! It started after 2 pulls and has been running for over 3 straight hours with varying loads. I am using it to power a 1500 watt heater and several small electronics in my home, and it handles it with ease. Yes, I could have spent $1000 on that great quality Honda generator that everyone speaks highly about, but for the amount it will be used, that's VERY hard to justify! I am 100% happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone at the sale price I paid.

Great generator started right up after i added gas and oil.

Used it for camping on a remote island, pretty quiet, easy to start and good on gas.

We live full time in our RV in a full hookup park, so I bought this generator for winter power backup. Hopefully it will never be put into use. We are now living at 5,000 ft elevation so I didn't expect the generator to have the full 1,800 watts output. Generally, generators lose 2-3% of their output power per 1,000 feet elevation which lowers the expected output of this generator from 1,800 watts to be as low as 1,530 watts. This is the breakin and output tests I gave the generator: After adding fuel and oil, I started the generator (started easily) and ran it for about 20 minutes at idle and then drained the oil. After reading breakins from readers of other Chinese manufactured generators, I expected to find metal shavings and dust in the drained oil. There was neither in the drained oil, and only slightly discolored. I then refilled the oil and ran a load test. First I ran the generator with a load of 750 watts for 20 minutes, then increased to load to 1,500 watts for 30 minutes without any problems. I then increased the load to 1,875 watts (75 over rated output) for 15 minutes. The load indicator showed full load but the overload indicator did not come on. I then connected the generator to my RV and it handled the full load (excluding the AC) at about 40% capacity, BTW I have an electric refrigerator and an electric freezer in my RV. I'm amazed that the generator was able to supply 100% load at 5,000 ft elevation. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase. The only con is the noise. The noise level is rated at 25% load and the noise is acceptable at that load, but at full load it is very noisy. In a crowded RV park it would probably generate complaints if running at full load.

Good for the price. Light weight and Queit. Run time is about 9 plus hours.

It looked good and had all the best features and at the sale price was 1/4 the price of the Honda. When it arrived there was no damage to the box but when I opened it the cover was loose and the plastic piece under the oil filler was broken. It looked like it didn't fit properly and must have happened at the factory . Also the muffler exhaust did not line up with the hole in the rear guard. I decided I could live with that so I put in non-ethanol gas but I could never get it to start. Even tried starting fluid but no luck. Checked everything in the manual and called the number in the instructions. Technical support did call me back 5 days later after I had returned it. I think that it would have been a great unit if it had worked. I have 2 other generators but wanted a small one for the camper. I wasted several hours on this thing. The good part of the story is that Sams took it back at the store with no hassle (the nearest store is 100 miles from my home).
