So far, so good!! Runs great, quiet, starts easily, provides great output and is easy to move around. As an ASE Master Mechanic I knew that the “Break In” procedure would determine just how long this thing will last. I took my time and to do a 3 hour Break In which included 3 Oil Changes. I’m a firm believer in synthetic oils, I refuse to use anything else however I did use the bottle of included oil for the very first start-up. I ran it 15 minutes without a load , slow idle , then drained the oil. The amount of Metal Shavings from machining the engine block was excessive. I knew that it would be this way, many Chinese made engines exhibit this. Filled it up with Synthetic for the 2nd break in run....1 hour with a light load applied (900 watts) during the last 30 minutes of the run. Drained oil , still some shavings(aluminum dust) in the bottom of my black oil catch pan. Refilled again with synthetic and ran it for 1 hour under a 1500 watt load. It worked flawlessly. After the 1 hour run, I drained it again, refilled it (just a Trace of aluminum dust in the drain pan) and now it’s good to go for extended use. Do this Break In procedure , use a quality synthetic oil, and this unit will serve you well.

A very nice generator, ran resistive loads up to rated maximum. Unfortunately would not handle inductive load of RV air conditioner, even with slow start modification. Switched to Westinghouse 2500, which worked well for both.

Bought two of these generators to prepare for Hurricane Ida. Thankfully we had them to keep our refrigerators going when we lost power for hours. Runs very quiet and starts on first pull every time.

So far so good. Used it in a week long camping trip at the beach in so cal. It was quiet and effective. Looking to buy a second one and pair them up for full coverage.

We bought it for camping. Its pretty quiet. We had to buy 2 for the air conditioning to have enough start up. But they are able to link without buying anything. I have two. Id definitely buy another.

NIght Fishing; It's light enough to carry even thou you have the luxury to pull out the rolling handle. Very quiet and more than enough running watt power to run my 1000watt fishing light, tailgate lamp and radio.

Generator appeared well engineered and well made. Despite following all the start up, then troubleshooting steps, it would never start. Worse - the technical support - HORRIBLE!

I bought this unit for Ham radio emergency communications during a power outage or providing power for Ham radio communications in remote areas where there is no power available. I have tested this Inverter/Generator to see if it could handle Hi wattage radio amplifiers and lighting during transmitting a radio signal and it worked great. I was impressed with the low engine sound of the generator running while under a load. The digital gauges are a plus for monitoring the operation of the Inverter/Generator. The built in wheels and pull handle makes it easy to move and It's easy to start too! Glad I own it.

I was 2nd guessing myself about buying this towards the end of tornado season. It’s a good thing I did. This came in handy for when we lost power for 20+ hours, not due to a tornado. It’ll be useful for when we go camping or having an outdoor activity.

Great inverter generator for the price! Every US home should have an alternative power source to keep the refrigerator, a light and your phone charged as climate disasters become stronger and more prevalent! Buying this inverter generator brought peace of mind knowing that we would have power available and be comfortable while the utilities were fixed by the power company. Why suffer when it can be lessened at such a reasonable price?
