[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. I have the 2023 version and it is fantastic. I love the new remote design, the tv moves to apps much faster than my old samsung tv. I like the contrast and it has different modes but I'll be honest I'm probably not the best person to talk about detail in resolution. I absolutely love this tv, and its size. 85" is huge, but its awesome to play games on.

The brightness is good and the graphics are great, we very rarely have any problems with this TV, its very responsive and has great contrast. The uniformity of the screen is amazing and the picture upscaling is great when watching certain shows or movies. Great tv cant wait to see what Samsung comes out with next.

I purchased this 55" Samsung QLED TV expecting a decent leap in visual performance, but it is just okay. When looking at key features like brightness and contrast, the screen is sharp, but the overall picture quality is not a significant improvement over a basic LED television. The interface is clean, but considering the premium cost, the minimal difference in colors makes it feel overpriced. I also expected better upscaling and a smoother refresh rate for the price, but the performance is completely average. To make matters worse, it does not have enough HDMI ports. If you have multiple gaming consoles, a soundbar, and a streaming device, you will constantly find yourself swapping cables. It is a decent television, but it definitely does not live up to the QLED hype or the price tag.

never had a single problem on the TV for a year and a half haven't even had to replace the batteries in the remote . it automatically updates self connectivity is cool. The picture is super clear the contrast and the uniformity of the colors when switching modes and the responsiveness of the remote control when used in the upscaling method it really increased the brightness.

Movies and shows look beautiful, and the picture stays smooth even during fast-moving scenes. I also really like the sleek design and how easy it is to navigate the smart features. For a 43-inch TV, the picture quality is impressive and it has been a great addition to our home. I would definitely recommend it!

There are no instructions on how to use this tv. I would not buy a Samsung again. Ridiculous not to have instructions on how to move around, get new apps, etc etc. Picture is great, but what good is it when you cannot find what you want. AND THIS IS THE THIRD OR FOURTH TIME I HAVE RESPONDED TO THIS RATING AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK.

Sorry, cannot give a review because I didn't watch yet with all the codes,passwords and all subscriptions, I cannot get through to watch something.I'm to old for this game of electronics . If you can make it simpler for older people to watch it will be great. Thanks

I had a hip replacement surgery and my wife purchased me a Samsung television for the bedroom as I was going to be home bound for several weeks. After about 3 months the Samsung TV had developed a green line down the right hand side, which now has turned into 2 green lines. It's time to call the warranty people and see what's up with this Samsung

It does exactly what a television is supposed to do, which is be a rectangle that turns on and off. The absolute best part about it is how it looks hanging on my wall. It just sits there, looking flat and spectacular, completely changing the vibe of the entire room. When people walk in, they say, "Wow, look at that thing on the wall." It is just basic, reliable stuff, and I could not be happier with my choice. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes rectangles.

I purchased this television to install in my newly constructed 'ManPort', which has various lighting, ceiling fan and pull down shades on sides. Television is mounted on cross beam under A-frame roof. Television has a great picture and so far have had no problems with performance since installing in an covered outdoor environment. Only issue was sound, as speakers are on bottom of screen facing downwards. Since this is not an 'enclosed' room with wall for sound to be encased, I had to install a sound bar directing the sound forwards from television to enhance hearing of sound.
