This TV is perfect since I canceled my DVR

my old TV was a 2015 model and was not capable of downloading some of the apps that I wanted. Rather than buy some other piece of equipment to add to the TV I decided it was time to update. This one is perfect for my needs and I absolutely love it and the price was right. Easy to use even for someone who is new to streaming.

Happy with my purchase.

Large screen. Clear picture. Confusing "home" screen. Attached easily to wall mount. I currently use cable but will be switching to satellite in the future. I purchased a Samsung TV because research showed Samsung is the best for using Starlink. I also researched and found Direct-lit is the best feature as opposed to Edge-Lit or Back-Lit. I had TVs in the past that hurt my ears due to the sound being too high pitched. This TV has been perfect for me. Voices are normal and music is beautiful. Buying from Sam's Club gave me a 3 year manufacturer's warranty but I also purchased the additional extended warranty. For the price so far this tv has been enjoyable to watch.

Excellent TV - with great picture

This is s good TV with a high quality picture and sound. We returned the Visio TV that we purchased at the end of the year that kept restarting. We have not had any issues with this TV. The price was very competitive with the other models. The TV was easy to mount and setup. Our previous SAMSUNG lasted about 5 years before the power supply quit.

The TV looks great and works great. My only complaint is with the remote. Turning the volume up/down is a lever, and you push it down for mute. I can operate it but others cannot figure it out. I've ordered a universal remote, so all is fine now. Otherwise, recommend this TV.

We purchased this to replace another Samsung TV. Though this one is 10 years newer, I don't find that the picture is any sharper and we have had to add an additional step to connect it to the sound bar. There is also a fair amount of glare on this newer one. The TV performs well. I just assumed, with that much of an age difference, there would be more improvements

First one I purchased was dead on arrival. Would not turn on. Second one I purchased had a shattered screen. Third one I purchased has worked ok so far for a week. Hopefully it lasts but really questioning my choice of purchasing a Samsung at this point.

Busted screen

I ordered the TV on line. It came with the whole screen cracked, so I called Sams center and they sent a replacement. That one came with a shattered screen, and I can understand why. They went thru 4 States to get to me. So I called the Sams center again arranged pickups and asked for a refund. Its been over a month with NO refund. They said they sent a refund back to the card I used but its never come on my bank acct. So now I went to my bank to see if they can handle this. I ts a lesson, I won't buy from Sams on line again.
