[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV but to be honest there is always an error when on Netflix! During a movie you can get that error a couple of times! I did reset it many times, the ChatGPT gave me some advises and I did it and it's been working better. The error message shows up less frequent!

Can't get the microphone to turn on so the voice feature is totally useless. The remote that came with the TV doesn't have the microphone feature and the TV won't except my Google remote so I can't program it to the TV set . I've had other people try to program it but no one has been able to so far. This was my first Samsung TV and probably my last. I gave it a 1 rating because you didn't offer anything lower

The tv is good quality but I find it very hard to get the streaming services I have on my iPad. The typing in of passwords is too small and it often doesn't give me time enough to poke around and get it right. The quality of watching experience once I get something on there is very good.

Responsiveness on this TV is very poor. When I mute the sound, the audio will come back on by its self. I have to mute several times before it will stay off. Then when the audio is on, it will suddenly mute the sound by its self. Intermittently when the TV is off, it will suddenly turn on. Not the best TV I have ever had.

I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the Samsung U8000FD Crystal UHD TV. I’ve owned Samsung TVs before, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to Samsung is the overall quality, picture clarity, and how incredibly easy they are to use. Samsung TVs have always been my first choice, and this one definitely does not disappoint. The picture on the U8000FD is absolutely fantastic. The clarity and sharpness are what really stand out to me. Everything looks clean, detailed, and realistic, whether I’m watching regular TV, movies, sports, or streaming content. The colors look great without being overdone, and the picture has a really nice level of detail that makes watching something feel much more enjoyable. Another thing I really like is how easy Samsung makes everything. Setup was simple, and navigating through the menus and apps is straightforward. You don’t need to spend hours trying to figure out where everything is. Once it’s connected, getting to your favorite streaming apps and content is quick and easy. I also really like the screen mirroring feature. Being able to mirror your phone or another compatible device directly onto the TV is extremely convenient. It’s one of those features that you might not think you’ll use all the time, but once you have it, you find yourself using it more than expected. I’ve always recommended Samsung TVs to my friends and family, and I will continue to do so. In my experience, Samsung makes TVs that are dependable, easy to set up, easy to navigate, and built to last. I honestly feel like a Samsung TV can last a lifetime when it’s taken care of properly. For the price, picture quality, chrispness on the screen, energy efficiennt, manyfeatures + smarttv, and ease of use, I think the Samsung U8000FD is an excellent TV. If someone asked me what TV I would recommend, Samsung would be one of the first brands I mention. I’m very happy with this TV and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great-looking, easy-to-use television.

Overall the TV is great. Picture is sharp and clear, lots of brightness and even the sound is excellent. The TV is instantaneously responsive to the remote. I use a flat antenna and with one or two exceptions the picture is wonderful. The only nit I have is still after 6 months trying to figure out how to turn the TV on the the last station I watched. I also am still a bit confused by the Samsung TV Plus. That said it's a great TV. Simple to set up.

There is some great apps added but it is very confusing to navigate the platform. I also added an app but can't figure out how to access it without hitting search each time. Not as user friendly as I would like. Too much on the main screen and can't quite figure out how to personalize to our needs. Also struggling to find an app to watch our Seahawks games without paying for a major streaming service. And my workout app is not supported with Samsung which I bought a Samsung tv just for my workout room. Because everything else in our house is Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no such thing as “too big” thrilled with our 75” and contemplating why I didn't go bigger lol. Perfect smart tv for all our streaming services…quickly accesses all apps. The view is amazing and we haven't even locked in the full experience with 4k YET… large tv fits standing on our entertainment center with the legs that can attached on the inner position. Forget all the cords for added streaming this does it all. We have a fairly small living room but the size is great and fills in the area nicely

It also is hard to keep going in and going back to the previous app you were streaming. It is not user friendly. For the amount of money you would think it was better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently the screen has developed 2 white spots I think dead pixels, each one about the size of a half dollar, very distracting and I hope it doesn't get any worse. I own 3 Samsung TVs and was usually very happy with them but now I don't believe I will be purchasing another Samsung TV.
