[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Picture, sound could be a little louder and more crisp but besides that, the color is outstanding and vivid, no shadows and plenty of pixels, highly recommend! Would definitely buy again! As a matter of fact I will be buying a bigger version for the family television.

My tv died right before I was having surgery and knew I would be home for a couple of weeks. When I found this Samsung XL tv I had no idea what an amazing upgrade I was giving my home. My recovery was spent recuperating watching movies and chilling with shows I e been wanting to watch for a long time. My kids came to visit and said football will be at my house this year. Truly a game changer!

Love this TV. ESPECIALLY the picture and vivid colors. Perfect size for the living room. Looed for a long time for a great TV. FINALLY Found this 43" Samsung TV. Price was great, but the TV, Is better than I thought it would be. Thank you Samsung.

I have only purchased Samsung televisions and other products for the last years or so and I have never been disappointed. From set up to use to changing channels switching sources everything is almost intuitive and picture quality is spot on. I currently own 3 Samsung televisions and I'll not purchase any other, no matter the offer or hype. As an aside, my refrigerator is also a Samsung 😁

My only concern was the deletion of the optical cable jack on the television. My previous TV, also a Samsung (65-incher) had such a fitting and, as such, I was able to connect my TV to my Onkyo amplifier/receiver. I attempted to connect the two with a HDMI cable but it does not work with either of the two HDMI ports. I am considering the USB2 cable but am concerned about video quality.

Bought the TV on Black Friday sale. It was great at first then 6 months started seeing dark spots then part of the screen went out now nothing just blank screen. But you can still here shows playing. In the background. Very disappointed. I called the store i got it from and they told me, it would cost more to get it fixed than to buy a new TV. As far as picture it was great at the beginning. Sound perfect, apps easy to use. Had awesome features. Besides the screen going out. I would still recommend Samsung products. I would love to have another Samsung TV I want a 65". After the ordeal with the screen I ended up having to buy a 50" ONN TV its okay but I do miss the Samsung.

We’ve always gotten Samsung tv’s and they’ve been great. This is the first time we’ve purchased a Samsung tv that, sadly, we have been very disappointed in. The tv’s screen quality itself is fine, up to the standards we expect from Samsung. However, the remote quality was very poor. And the reaction of the tv to the remote is just as bad. First of all, the remote that came with the TV became very difficult to use, you had to press the buttons extremely hard to get the tv to respond. And, yes, we tried all kinds of brand new batteries. Nothing helped. Swapped out the remote to a new universal remote, with brand new batteries. Still had to press very hard on the remote buttons to get the tv to respond. We then tried a Samsung remote from another of our Samsung tvs. That seemed better, for a short time. To this day, we continue to have to press very hard on our remote buttons to get the tv to respond. And we also have to be seated at a very specific angle to the tv, to get the tv to respond to the remote. Often, when the tv does respond, it slips past the selection we are trying to reach, then when we try to go back to that selection (app, or channel), it sometimes slips past again. Sooo frustrating. It seems like this problem is more with the tv than the remote. We have not tried to contact Samsung; figured they wouldn’t help. But not sure we will continue to buy Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very hard to set up the TV and the Remote Control sucks it's too small and very hard to read and settings and to use it too. And the TV doesn't come right on when you turn it on it takes a while before coming on.

The smart screen setting allow me to easily maneuver from app to app and never worry about missing my favorite shows... love my TV

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I should have learned my lesson, after my first 55" Samsung TV, after just a year and a half of having it, all of a sudden, while watching it it went blank and completely stopped working. I went ahead and bought a 50" one and NOW this one I'm also having problems with. When I turn it off, it comes back on after 1 1/2 minutes! I'm a senior and I just can't afford to buy another TV!
