I feel like my neighbors used one of boundary watches, paired with my tv thru the wall, took over my smart hub and have been spying on me ever since. Other than that ya know.. a tv is a tv I mostly just buy Samsung for the ergonomic remote control, very well thought out and nicely done. If anyone happens to see me on the internet I did not consent to those videos being taken or uploaded onto whichever none of my business websites you like to visit.

I love this big television! For the first time in years, I no longer have to wear glasses or contacts to watch TV! The picture is so clear and bright. Now, when I watch sports, I can actually see and recognize which player has the ball without having to wait on the announcer to identify the player first! I also love all the different shows I can explore. I also love being able to throw my phone up on the screen and access all my apps as well. Thanks, Samsung for the wonderful experience!

This is my 5th Samsung TV and I've loved them all. My only recommendation would be to restore the old remote as the new style remote is too small to read and lacks all the features of my other Samsung TV remotes. The picture is much improved as are all the new Samsung products.

Awsome tv what else can I say when I watch sports or play video games the picture is amazing high definition and since I have a samsung phone I can control it with my phone and so many other things that I can do with it. I highly recommend you get a samsung tv or product love it

Picture is absolutely great. Would have given it the fifth star except for the sound. In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don't know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV's controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

So far so good after 2 weeks. Picture quality good, personally feel too many adjustments within the TV settings and adjusting them had very little discernible effect on any picture . Some moved quite a bit and 4 people in the room was asking if I was actually adjusting that particular setting . Do not like the remote at all. I used the remote for my 2019 model, with no issue, pointed at TV, worked like a charm. Time will tell...

The home screen layout is super easy to navigate, especially for my grandmother. The picture is very clear and vivid. It almost looks like we are actually on set with the actors. The sound is exceptional! I dont have to set the volume over 20 because at its low volume level it is loud enough!

The Tv is brilliant, and loaded with features, so many in fact, as a retired IBM Service Engineer, it got so cumbersome to navigate, I finally had to switch to the relative simplicity of Roku. Now I can get to the apps in a couple of steps and life is good.

I usually use my associated device to access programming. TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.
