We purchased the whole kitchen Samsung set. The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the over the stove microwave I told my wife I wouldn't do it we have eight flip phones Galaxy ones from 56 8 of them that don't work because of the screens and Samsung won't even back those up I told her not to buy it she did and I'm going to tell you a few disappointments and some good stuff, I have 8 flip phones that don't work & Samsung won't back and now 4 appliances I feel are less than up to par for the price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is solid. Very low noise, lots of space for everything, and easy to use and program. I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We took the leap because we love the features and looks of this dishwasher. I've always been wary of Samsung appliances from old stigmas but bespoke is highly rated and thought we would try. Unfortunately for us after one use a bright orange light appeared in the top of the control panel. We feel that this is a bad sign of what's ahead having a problem so soon and are trying to figure out what to do.

Very quiet dishwasher when working. However it needed a replacement after just few months. Constant issues with the display. I bought it in May and it broke completely in August. Samsung tried to repair it 3 times over the period of 2 months. I do not recommend this product.

The third rack is perfect for those awkward spatulas and the design of the lower drawer lets me wash heavy pots and pans -- a little more expensive than I'd planned to spend but well worth the money for how much effort I'm saving. And quiet too!

Loading the dishwasher is great. Multiple size dishes can be accommodated by this dishwasher. Dishes are clean and dry even when the quick cycle is used! It could be a bit quieter. The delivery and installation scheduling was subpar. I had many no-shows.

I bought this as a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher. The technology is out of this world! Unbelievably quiet as well, you can't tell it's running. The only slight pain is the doormopens with the lightest touch. If you're standing at the counter and your knee brushes against it, the door opens. So I have to keep the child lock on in the app until im ready to load.

Cycles and features very good and the installation was very easy. I have had a number of good dishwashers over the years and I have to say this is the best one so far.

Plenty of room for everything and we have yet to find a dish that wasn't sparkling clean. I like how the app let's us know when the cycle is complete and the door opens to finish the drying process. You can hardly hear it when it is running. We are very happy with this purchase.

Capacity is amazing, much more stuff fits in than before. Very very quiet, I was super impressed with the 38dB levels! Outstanding! Installation was a breeze just removing the old machine and replacing the cables accordingly. So many cycles to choose from, I particularly love the AI cycle. Couldn’t be happier with the product, again so many new features compared to my 5 year old model. Great job Samsung!
