[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good noise isolation, cleaning is nice, and the top rack is a good QoL for glasses and cups. Not once has any dishes come out partially cleaned, so the precision cleaning is great. The capacity is alright, there is some learning curve to it as there is a point where the dishwasher leaks with too much load. It is very good at cleaning, you don't actually need the whole cycle for the dishes to be clean, making it more water efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great till it broke down. Cleaned well, exceptionally quiet, but the drain pump failed after 3 months of use. Now waiting more than 2 weeks for a replacement pump, no idea when it will be in. Not impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally replaced the dishwasher that came with the house with this ultra quiet, energy/water efficient Samsung! It looks gorgeous, can be ran anytime of the day without even knowing it is washing, and I love the AI features.

Purchased the White Glass Bespoke 38db dishwasher and it has leaked ever since we got it. Samsung's third party repair vendor (this is in Florida) cannot seem to fix it. And, when you call them, it takes forever for them to come out to do the service repair. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and get the Bosche. I wish I had.

This one is decent overall, but the cleaning performance on the third (top) rack is practically useless—it doesn't clean anything up there. It's definitely quiet, which is nice, but cleaning is the main purpose, and it doesn't deliver considering the premium price. I've tried contacting Samsung Care to see if they could offer any advice or point out whether I might be doing something wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had this dishwasher installed and so far we are very happy! It is loaded with features, the 3rd rack has nozzles that wash glasses specifically, it has a pot scrubber in the bottom left and 38 db is so quiet!

It's quiet, quick, and does an excellent job of cleaning. So many choices of cycles and customization! Also, the inside is perfect in design and capacity - and the dishes are dry!

Since we have gotten this Samsung, I have completely changed my dishwashing routine. I am continually amazed at how effectively this thing cleans even dried-on debris. I don't bother wiping anything before putting it in the dishwasher; if anything, it gets a quick rinse and a scrape to remove leftover food before going in the washer. With just two people in my household, we run the cycle once a day at most, and some of those dishes that get washed at the end of the day have been in there since breakfast. Pie pans that had a brown patina from frequent baking return to their chrome color after just a few trips in this thing. I won't say everything comes out clean, but it's a rare instance when a dish or a pot has to be hand washed after spending time in this thing. I went shopping just last week to replace a dishwasher in a rental that my son owns and was struck by the difference between this Samsung and the models I was looking at. All metal tub and door sheathing is totally worth it. And the versatility of the three drawers lets you really load a lot of dishes in ways that ensures they will come out clean. And the noise level is so low, you can barely detect that it is running until it discharges the dirty water down the drain. I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, and I have had no problems with any of them. I got hooked on the SmartThings app that connects them all, and it has been very useful in reminding me when to perform preventive maintenance to keep everything humming along.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 9-year-old Samsung Dishwasher with this one and could not believe how much better it creates sparkling clean dishes. We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.
