I love the 3rd rack, power washing, the quietness, and especially the fact that the door opens automatically after it finishes so it releases any built up moisture. Oh, and the light inside is a great touch!

I have never encountered a dishwasher that required checking the light to see if it was running; this thing is amazingly quiet! The extra capacity of the third shelf is very nice. I actually love that you can sort the cutlery onto the top shelf while loading; it makes unloading a breeze. The dishes are also dry! The auto open door assures that residual moisture has an opportunity to evaporate instead of pooling on top of all the drinkware. While I was somewhat surprised to have a dishwasher slide into my DMs, the integration with the Samsung ecosystem and display of wash completion on our Samsung TV is really a useful bit of information. The same goes for reminders to run a self-cleaning cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! First of all, it is SO quiet! I have to strain my ears to make sure that it's even on. There are so many cleaning options (I prefer AI Mode). I also really like the drying option that opens the door at the end to let the dishes dry quicker. It holds a bunch of dishes (there are 3 racks!). It also connects to my Samsung Smartthings app, so I can get notifications about when the cycle is done, when I need to use the self-clean feature, etc. As for the cleaning itself: I've only rarely had a dish that isn't completely clean, and that will only happen if there is excessive food that is dried on... If I rinse it after I use it, I never have any problems. All in all, a great purchase!

There is a rack for stemware, the racks fold down for pots and pans, there is a setting to storm wash your pots and pans, the glasses come out spotless and completely dry. It is so quiet I have to double check to make sure I started it. Lastly the clean design, glass front that me matches the other Samsung appliances is magnificent.

The features are impressive—especially the third rack and flexible loading options—and everything comes out exceptionally clean. My only disappointment is the noise level. At 38 dBA, I expected it to be nearly silent, but it is more noticeable than anticipated. It is not loud or disruptive, just not quite as whisper-quiet as the rating led me to believe. Overall, the strong cleaning performance, thoughtful features, and sleek design make this a very good addition to my kitchen. Would I add this to cart? Yes. The cleaning results and features outweigh the slightly higher-than-expected noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaning and quietness of this dishwasher are excellent. Where it falls down are all of the bits and pieces inside that make loading difficult. I get that someone designed this to accommodate all kinds of dishes but they failed. Make it simpler, it's not rocket science.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quietness! Cleans good. Do not care for the layout and height restrictions of items in the bottom drawer. Can barely get a plate in there & forget getting much of anything larger in there sitting up where you can get more than a few things in the bottom. I miss not being able to fill the bottom up even with baking dishes or taller pots. Drawers feel cheap & flimsy compared to my last dishwasher.

The dishwasher started falling apart just over a year after I purchased it. Thankfully, or so I thought, I had paid extra for a 5-year warranty. After some runaround, they sent a repair guy who took pictures and said he couldn't fix it. Then, several days later, after no one got back to me with a solution, I made several calls only to get connected with an offshore call center that said they'd escalate the matter. Care+ finally sent an email saying that, instead of setting up a replacement, they're sending me a check for significantly less than I originally spent - and definitely not enough to get a new dishwasher with the same features, plus the remaining 4 years left on the extended warranty are now gone. Very disappointed with Samsung and will think twice before buying anything else from the brand.

So disappointed. the finish is suppose to be fingerprint free but it is not. The black panel on the door has a chip in one corner and it came like this however they say its not covered so I'm stuck with this garbage in my brand new kitchen. so not buy Samsung. Plus I have spent days trying to get support and have spent hours holding on the phone for someone to answer. Such a shame

Samsung added a third rack without doing proper math. The main rack, where dinner plates should go - doesn't have enough height for the dinner plates without obstructing the swivel sprayer, which then doesn't clean hour dishes properly and makes it hard to push the rack back in. Ugh.
