I love the 3rd rack, power washing, the quietness, and especially the fact that the door opens automatically after it finishes so it releases any built up moisture. Oh, and the light inside is a great touch!

Our new dishwasher is doing as expected, I will need to learn to load it better. I love it. One thing that someone could come up with is a quieter air gap. This is not the fault of the Dishwasher. I noticed with our last 2 drawer dishwasher we had an extender to the air gap by adding a additional hose line. I feel the additional length made the sound less noticeable.

The cleaning and drying performance is outstanding and everything comes out spotless and ready to put away. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to fit dishes of all shapes and sizes. The racks adjust smoothly, and the layout is smart enough to handle everything from oversized pans to delicate glassware without any hassle. The AI Wash feature is the real game-changer. It automatically senses what the load needs and adjusts the cycle for the best results. I don't have to think about settings — it just gets it right every time.

I love this dishwasher! First of all, it is SO quiet! I have to strain my ears to make sure that it's even on. There are so many cleaning options (I prefer AI Mode). I also really like the drying option that opens the door at the end to let the dishes dry quicker. It holds a bunch of dishes (there are 3 racks!). It also connects to my Samsung Smartthings app, so I can get notifications about when the cycle is done, when I need to use the self-clean feature, etc. As for the cleaning itself: I've only rarely had a dish that isn't completely clean, and that will only happen if there is excessive food that is dried on... If I rinse it after I use it, I never have any problems. All in all, a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what you think when I bought this thing I got it for the wife and I thought she would love it She was Leary at first that got over it really quick everything from the quietness to the way it cleans to the light inside to the extra rack up top. The thing is amazing. We bought it because we needed a new one. It wasn't cleaning and we thought we could just leave this with the house but now we're thinking It cost a little bit extra than what we would Really it's really worth it I recommend this thing 100%

I primarily purchased this dishwasher due to the sound level as my open floor plan Home didn't need to be drowning in dishwasher noise. I like the stainless steel features of the inside after learning how to use the machine a little bit more and able to adjust the middle rack that's been easier not learning. How means you can't get the plates in the bottom and that's infuriating not being able to wash dinner plates correctly the features I love is the interior light. I like how the door opens at the end to let it finish drying. I've had some issues with cleaning and I don't know yet if it's my water the soap I'm using or combination of all of it, but I occasionally get spots left on my plates. That's almost looks like rust, which is just odd. No major complaints about the dishwasher. There is a gap between the top of the dishwasher and my counter which I think is very odd. I like the way it attaches to the app and the SmartThings stuff even though I don't really use any of that however, overall if I had a chance, I'd probably try something new instead of going with this one again don't hate it, but I'm not in awe. :)

The dishwasher started falling apart just over a year after I purchased it. Thankfully, or so I thought, I had paid extra for a 5-year warranty. After some runaround, they sent a repair guy who took pictures and said he couldn't fix it. Then, several days later, after no one got back to me with a solution, I made several calls only to get connected with an offshore call center that said they'd escalate the matter. Care+ finally sent an email saying that, instead of setting up a replacement, they're sending me a check for significantly less than I originally spent - and definitely not enough to get a new dishwasher with the same features, plus the remaining 4 years left on the extended warranty are now gone. Very disappointed with Samsung and will think twice before buying anything else from the brand.

Bought to replace a failing old Samsung Waterwall that was also rated at 38 decibels. That thing was so whisper quiet you often couldn't hear it standing right next to it? This thing? LOUD. Quiet operation was our main concern - and why we paid so much money for a dishwasher. Our kitchen is open to our living room so quiet operation was a must. This thing? It hit 54 decibels during a quick 10 minute test (see pic attached) after picking up a decibel meter just to be sure I wasn't hallucinating. This was after we took the noise blanket off of the old Waterwall to try to silence it, since this model apparently did not have a noise blanket installed. Between the Waterwall lasting 8 years and requiring 3 repairs, and the Samsung fridge that needed the ice maker fixed multiple times, and the Samsung washing machine that routinely trips the breaker, this is definitely my last Samsung appliance. The quality is just not there.

So disappointed. the finish is suppose to be fingerprint free but it is not. The black panel on the door has a chip in one corner and it came like this however they say its not covered so I'm stuck with this garbage in my brand new kitchen. so not buy Samsung. Plus I have spent days trying to get support and have spent hours holding on the phone for someone to answer. Such a shame

Do not buy any Samsung appliance especially a dishwasher. Within a year we would start then get code PC. Then try to restart and sometime it would work. Then we went to cutting power for 2 min. This worked sometime. I just ordered a Bosch and can't wait to get rid of this piece of junk Samsung. Really should be a class action suit against Samsung.
