The flexible layout and adjustable racks make loading everything from pots to delicate glasses easy. The stainless steel interior looks beautiful, dishes come out consistently clean and dry, and the fingerprint-resistant exterior stays spotless. It's impressively quiet, and the AI features make operation simple and convenient. Highly recommended!

Love this so much, it talks to me. It opens after is done, so great. Tried a few different washing cycles and found what worked for me. Quick wash not so much, 4 kids and lots of yucky dishes so need normal or AI wash. It is not loud, soft hum. Third top rack is fantastic, could not live without it now. Looks like a built in, love the look so much. Had since the fall and so far it has worked great, recommend.

You can have a conversation with it and even control everything from your phone and or tablet. Truly the best investment ever.

Love my new Samsung dishwasher- it is practically noisless, great capacity. I use the ‘one-hour’ cycle and it’s perfect - my dishes come out sparkling clean ad perfectly dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever. First of all, the most important thing is that this machine cleans the dishes really well. Spotless drying of all the dishes. I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

Thought this would be nice with 3 racks but tall glasses have to be placed on one side on the second rack and large coffee mugs hit the sprayer on the top rack. The door does not open flat and has to be pushed down or the bottom rack will slide back in when pulled out. The controls are not intuitive and there is just too much going on. It seems like it takes twice as long to wash dishes as our old one. If you select the door open once complete option on the drying the door will open and everything is still wet. For drying you have to choose high or max to get anything close to dry. Too much going on. Won't buy this or any Samsung products in the future. It is quite though.

This dishwasher sucks. Some cap for the filter was not clicked in correctly and it starting throwing a leak control error. It’s a sensor problem cuz there isn’t a leak! Will start a cycle and then spirals and I cannot get this thing to work normal anymore. This is not a premium dishwasher. This was the second one I had delivered, as the first one wouldn’t work once installed. Overall the design is cheap and apparently the parts are too. Not sure where bowls are intended to go??? Can you only wash one bowl at a time? What is supposed to go on the third rack? Where do you wash stemmed glasses? It’s a no for me, dawg.

The middle spray arm fell right off less than a week post installation. The dishes were rarely dry and the door would automatically pop open after the wash cycle.
