You can have a conversation with it and even control everything from your phone and or tablet. Truly the best investment ever.

Love my new Samsung dishwasher- it is practically noisless, great capacity. I use the ‘one-hour’ cycle and it’s perfect - my dishes come out sparkling clean ad perfectly dry!

We absolutely love this Samsung dishwasher. The biggest surprise is how incredibly quiet it is — you honestly can’t tell if it’s running unless you look for the indicator light. Cleaning performance has been excellent so far. Dishes come out spotless, even with heavier loads, and the drying cycle does a solid job. The interior layout is also well designed and makes loading easy. Overall, it feels modern, efficient, and premium. Definitely one of the best upgrades in our kitchen.

The 3rd rack is incredibly useful for cups and small items, and it frees up so much space below. The dedicated glass and cup washing area makes sure the cups and glasses comes out clean even with coffee or tea stains. it is extra quite and you barely hear it running. The Wi‑Fi features are a nice bonus, especially when I want to start a cycle remotely. After months of use, it’s been reliable, quiet, and a great upgrade to our kitchen.

I bought it for the 3rd rack that holds glasses and coffee cups, but stayed for it's efficiency and noise level. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we replaced our old dishwasher, I was doing most of the dishes by hand. Since we have gotten this Samsung, I have completely changed my dishwashing routine. I am continually amazed at how effectively this thing cleans even dried-on debris. I don't bother wiping anything before putting it in the dishwasher; if anything, it gets a quick rinse and a scrape to remove leftover food before going in the washer. With just two people in my household, we run the cycle once a day at most, and some of those dishes that get washed at the end of the day have been in there since breakfast. Pie pans that had a brown patina from frequent baking return to their chrome color after just a few trips in this thing. I won't say everything comes out clean, but it's a rare instance when a dish or a pot has to be hand washed after spending time in this thing. I went shopping just last week to replace a dishwasher in a rental that my son owns and was struck by the difference between this Samsung and the models I was looking at. All metal tub and door sheathing is totally worth it. And the versatility of the three drawers lets you really load a lot of dishes in ways that ensures they will come out clean. And the noise level is so low, you can barely detect that it is running until it discharges the dirty water down the drain. I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, and I have had no problems with any of them. I got hooked on the SmartThings app that connects them all, and it has been very useful in reminding me when to perform preventive maintenance to keep everything humming along.

This one is decent overall, but the cleaning performance on the third (top) rack is practically useless—it doesn’t clean anything up there. It’s definitely quiet, which is nice, but cleaning is the main purpose, and it doesn’t deliver considering the premium price. I’ve tried contacting Samsung Care to see if they could offer any advice or point out whether I might be doing something wrong.

Thought this would be nice with 3 racks but tall glasses have to be placed on one side on the second rack and large coffee mugs hit the sprayer on the top rack. The door does not open flat and has to be pushed down or the bottom rack will slide back in when pulled out. The controls are not intuitive and there is just too much going on. It seems like it takes twice as long to wash dishes as our old one. If you select the door open once complete option on the drying the door will open and everything is still wet. For drying you have to choose high or max to get anything close to dry. Too much going on. Won't buy this or any Samsung products in the future. It is quite though.

The middle spray arm fell right off less than a week post installation. The dishes were rarely dry and the door would automatically pop open after the wash cycle.
