Very happy with machine. Build solid - particularly the two top racks, very quiet and effectively clean - what else can you ask for. Also esthetically pleasing in that no brand on front for a clean look.

Leaked non stop with first week. Three teams couldn't fix and advised it needs to be replaced. Samsung made the warranty and refund process very difficult. The process is designed to make you give up and take a loss. It was so bad I refuse to buy anything Samsung moving forward.

We purchased the whole kitchen Samsung set. The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the over the stove microwave I told my wife I wouldn't do it we have eight flip phones Galaxy ones from 56 8 of them that don't work because of the screens and Samsung won't even back those up I told her not to buy it she did and I'm going to tell you a few disappointments and some good stuff, I have 8 flip phones that don't work & Samsung won't back and now 4 appliances I feel are less than up to par for the price.
