There is no water drops on any of the plastic items like my old dishwasher left behind. You can not hear this dishwasher at all it is very quiet.The extra shelf gives it a large capacity.It is very efficient and does not use a lot of water. My wife loves the eronomics. hot having a handle makes it look clean and sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mum of kids who always have dirty dishes, this has been such a great Device that I wonder why I didn't get it sooner or why it wasn't made sooner from the easy capabilities from the phone the third rack where you're able to just put all of the utensils and the efficient cleaning that comes out of. It is chefs kiss if you're thinking about getting it, don't think just get it will save your life time and time again and especially with your kids. It would just be easy enough to get in and get out. They can load it and then by the time that it's dry, they could just pull it out. The ease of use is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend buying if your dishwasher is not located directly next to where your dishwasher drains. The drain hose is connected inside the dishwasher at an angle so you can't use an aftermarket hose, the only option if your drain is over 5' away is to use an extension which is a high failure point. Samsung doesn't sell a longer hose like their competitors so the only option is to use an extension. Their part website has a hose for this model of dishwasher but it says it's for a refrigerator, lol, and it doesn't list how long it is.

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to be taken out. Im sure there may be a way to puzzle piece 10 1/2 inch plates and still use the 3rd rack, but hopefully you don't have kids that just shove stuff in the dishwasher. . Also, the silverware holder has only these tiny slots in the lid that no utensil of mine fits unless its a slim steak knife. It's quiet but definitely not whisper quiet, and there are only a few cyles that I can say are truly at 38db, as I measured it. Overall, my excitement was crushed when I finally went to use it.

This is hands down one of the best dishwashers I've ever owned. The standout feature is the noise level—it is really quiet. I absolutely love that you can disable the annoying end-of-cycle melodies and just get a silent notification on your phone or Samsung TV instead. Performance: It's a top-tier machine. It cleans well, integrates perfectly with the app, and even reminds you when it's time to run a self-cleaning cycle. The "But": I have mixed feelings about the top (third) rack. It's an interesting idea, but I wish it had more utility—specifically more room for silverware, ladles, or even the ability to slide a baking sheet up there. Right now, it's mostly good for small espresso cups or long cooking utensils. Missed Opportunity: It would be a game-changer if Samsung added high-quality, interchangeable exterior panels like they have on the Bespoke refrigerators. It would allow for perfect kitchen matching and designers would go crazy for it.

Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre washing dishes prior putting them in- they come out dirty. Wish I would never have spend my money on it!

The light inside is an extra perk. And love that all the appliances talk to one another and alert my phone when the cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is solid. Very low noise, lots of space for everything, and easy to use and program. I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very quiet dishwasher when working. However it needed a replacement after just few months. Constant issues with the display. I bought it in May and it broke completely in August. Samsung tried to repair it 3 times over the period of 2 months. I do not recommend this product.

We took the leap because we love the features and looks of this dishwasher. I've always been wary of Samsung appliances from old stigmas but bespoke is highly rated and thought we would try. Unfortunately for us after one use a bright orange light appeared in the top of the control panel. We feel that this is a bad sign of what's ahead having a problem so soon and are trying to figure out what to do.
