[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever. First of all, the most important thing is that this machine cleans the dishes really well. Spotless drying of all the dishes. I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I've ever had! I'm in my 70's and have gone through many! I love that it is so quiet. I have the stainless steel, fingerprint resistant exterior and it truly is fingerprint resistant! I'm amazed at how much I can put in it and everything comes out spotless. I also really like the light inside. I've had it approximately 7 months and it has not disappointed me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is amazing. Self clean mode in AI great reminder. Ability to clean the basket unlike legacy units a plus. Efficiently runs . Ergonomics need work. The door when opening you need to.bend to put flat for bottom roll out it tends to keep hinged up on 45 degree angle. Noise is supper quiet. That talking voice needs to go it's creepy glass you can turn it off. Would be 5 stars without the door ergonomics item.

Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre washing dishes prior putting them in- they come out dirty. Wish I would never have spend my money on it!

We absolutely love this Samsung dishwasher. The biggest surprise is how incredibly quiet it is — you honestly can't tell if it's running unless you look for the indicator light. Cleaning performance has been excellent so far. Dishes come out spotless, even with heavier loads, and the drying cycle does a solid job. The interior layout is also well designed and makes loading easy. Overall, it feels modern, efficient, and premium. Definitely one of the best upgrades in our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love having three racks. The racks have great adjustable features. Dishes come out very clean and there's plenty of space. The smart dry feature dries better than any we've ever seen. Lots of room for cutlery. You won't ever be bothered by the sound while washing because it's super quiet. And you don't have to wait around to open the door when it's finished because it does it for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit for around a year. It's very flexible with loading and does a great job cleaning and drying. We normally run it in the AI mode with good results. The dishwasher is nearly silent and I LOVE that! I can stand next to it in a quiet house and normally I don't even notice it's running. It also has been working well in Smart things. When it's done running we get a popup alerting us on all the Samsung tvs in the house. Really pleased with this dishwasher.

I will update the review once I have it installed by an independent contractor. Currently, all I can say is—Samsung and its installers (Pulse Final Mile) goofed up and after asking many questions one day before installation, they forgot to ask or mention that they DO NOT do hardwire installation. My current Bosch dishwasher has a hardwire installation, so now I have a new Samsung dishwasher sitting in my foyer and am contacting local installers to figure out what I can do now.

There is a separate rack for glasses and cups which frees up space in the middle rack for bowls and smaller items . The racks are spacious and have enough clearance where the wash arm does not hit the dishes as it spins during the cleaning cycle. The center rack can raise up and down to support larger pans and dishes. It has several cleaning cycles and uses AI to assist in the cleaning. I appreciate the sleek appearance of the dishwasher without the handle. I would recommend this dishwasher, you will not be disappointed
