Bought a year ago and happy except for black flakes on clothes after washing. Had an LG repairman out and said drain hose was too deep in drain. Fixed but still happening.

I LOVE my LG washtower. I've had it for about 10 months and can't think of a single complaint. It holds so much more than my old toploader. I find myself looking forward to doing laundry. I highly recommend.
