Have had our new tower for about three weeks. It works beautifully. Fits nicely in our space. Runs quietly. Very happy with the entire unit so far.

This is the worst purchase I have done. Unit is 8 months old and already going in my third service call foe the same issue related to balancing. Parts were replaced but issue reoccurring. I do not recommend this machine!

I have been using this appliance for several weeks ; and so far am very satisfied. Getting used to sounds washer makes as compared to the OLD appliance has been of interest. Often refer to the manual; and continue to learn all features.

I love everything about this appliance! It has cut the time it takes me to do laundry in half! The notifications you can receive when it’s completed it’s cycles is a huge bonus for my ADHD brain that usually forgets I started the washer or dryer.

This combined washer and dryer is very well designed. Definitely space saving product. Only one item to consider is to have an option of switching doors.
