[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the Washtower for a month and am very pleased. First of all, it's the shortest height available for full size stackable units and still handles large loads. Great looking unit, quiet, digital controls are intuitive and easy to use. Washes clothes thoroughly and dries clothes quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer tower takes Up half the space our old machines did in our laundry! We now use the extra space for storage that we sorely needed as our house is only 1301 sq ft. It is also super quiet and does not lack in features. Thanks LG for thinking of us!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Work great. Save space in the laundry room. Suggest you think about getting in and out of house though as it was a chore getting them out of the truck and into the garage and into the house. Definitely won't go up stairs. But so far I'm happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE LOVE LOVE our new LG washer dryer combo. After almost 50 years of up and down basement steps, my wife Pat can wash and dry our clothes in our converted powder room. Great cleaning results and so quiet also. Thanks LG, as they say, “ A happy wife is a happy life”.

I brought this item for my new home. It looked nice. Not Having to reach or stand up on my tippy toes was also great. However, I had to run the dryer 5 to 6 times and the clothes still was not dry. A employee where I purchased the machine from told me that, "at least 5 other customers also complained about the machine and also returned their machine ". I was advised that it would be no guarantee that I would not have the same problem and I should maybe select another brand which is what I did.

After suffering for years with a unitilized w/d that sounded like a crashing airplane, I am so happy to report our new LG washtower is beyond wonderful ... super quiet, fits the space, huge capacity and it is sooo smart! Dryer already knows the setting from the washer. It's sleek, space age look is great. My neighbors have washer envy. Ha!

I tend to research for hours, days, or even months if possible before buying appliances. This combo from LG has lived up to the positive ratings and so far has run flawlessly. I've had the unit for about a year and do 4-5 loads of laundry a week. Here are the pros: * fits perfectly in my main floor entryway closet so no more trips downstairs for laundry * my phone alerts me when cycles are done so clothes don't sit * can operate the machine from the app on my phone * has run flawlessly since I bought it over 6 months ago * easy to load, unload and transfer laundry * so many options for gentle cycles, temps, etc. Honestly, there are no cons. Just remember with all front load washers to wipe out the door and gasket and leave it ajar so it doesn't develop a smell. The app reminds you to do a tub clean tablet every now and then. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer tower three weeks ago and it has exceeded our expectations. Having the all the controls for both the washer and dryer in the middle (between the washer and dryer) vs having the dryer controls at top at about 6ft when stacked, made this purchase the correct choice. Additionally, all the features/options available are easy to use. And most importantly, we have had no issues with cleaning or drying all types of clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washtower for about 4 weeks now. I love it makes laundry exciting because of all of its features like steam wash, the ai sensors, efficiency, fast, alerts to my phone, and more. Not to mention the beautiful design. We were able to add a sink because of how compact it is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First we were looking for a stacking set to replace our old one, this one is even better! I love the features and size, both physically and the size of the loads it does. We have a 11' square room to put in a bathroom, closet and laundry. this makes it all possible!
