[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my set for 4 months and love it. Easy to operate and looks amazing. One piece of advise, it’s best to use liquid detergent and a small amount to avoid over sudsing. That was advise given to me from the LG maintenance man. Other than that I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally stalked this unit for 6 months! All my appliances are LG. When I saw this come out last year I knew I had to have it. Finally my dryer died after 15 years and my purchase was justified. I literally don't hear it operating in any cycle until it's done and the melodious end of cycle chime summons me to the laundry room. It senses the load/type of laundry excellently. I can wash and dry in less time than my previous dinosaurs would take to do either one. I haven't had the opportunity to measure water efficiency but I'm sure it will put a smile on my face. I truly enjoy my laundry tasks now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek combination appliance has been even better than expected. The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

I don't usually write these reviews until I've had a product for some time to see how well a product stands up to multiple use, but this Wash Tower is such a great piece of equipment I feel like I have to say something. The space saving alone makes this unit worth the purchase, but it goes beyond that. The performance is top notch, and the features are exceptional. The fact that the dryer and washer capacities are as large as the individual units I was originally planning to buy blows my mind. My laundry room is pretty small, and this unit allowed me too really add other convenience features such as a table and shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with my LG Washtower so far. It has features on it that I am still learning how to use. We went for so long without a washer and dryer (12 years) that this feels more like a luxury than anything. So far it's been amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using our single unit laundry tower for a few weeks and it’s been a real blessing. It works well, is very quiet, and has saved us space in a small laundry room. My wife loves the mid-level controls as she’s short stature, and especially the usability of the controls. LG has made quite clear which cycles to us and how to select temperatures and intensity levels of both washer and dryer. Thank you for a well designed product! We hope it lasts our lifetimes.

I bought this and have been happy with it. I like that it pings my phone when the loads are done. With two college kids home for the summer it is nice to remind them since they tend to forget about their laundry. The settings are intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out the custom loads that the machine downloads but I understand now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Renovated the old laundry room and designed everything to accommodate the WashTower. The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower for the extra features that allow for a extra spin, delayed wash, soak, and the dryer features for steam. These features do not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I have never gotten my IPhone 11 to connect to the stupid appliance therefore this VERY expense washer dryer has very few functions. The repair guy couldn’t get the phone pair - but that’s not under warranty

In our last home, we enjoyed using a front load LG washer and dryer for many years. The home we moved into two years ago came with an old style top load washer and dryer with limited features. We have known that we had an option to install laundry equipment in an upstairs area by our bedrooms (roughed in to receive it), but the space would only accept a stacked installation. The problem with that was the inconvenient access to the dryer controls by my vertically challenged wife (5'). We were delighted when we discovered the LG Washtower model that places controls for both machines in the middle. We've had it installed for a couple of weeks now, and absolutely love everything about it. While our main reason for choosing the Washtower was the location of the controls, we are wowed by so many other advancements including the amazing communication between machines. We are happy to be cheerleaders for LG!
