We bought the tower to help gives us more room in the laundry closet plus being short all the controls are easy to read. The performance is wonderful, runs quietly, and love the musical sound when the washer finishes the cycle and the dryer is finished drying.

I use the same settings most of the time. Cold water and cool drying . If you change any function, LG sets the water to hot and the dryer to hot. If I use time drying and change the time, the dryer goes to hot. It's to easy to ruin your close with the settings LG included in their program.

I like most of the presets and feel they do a great job. Used the steam feature to get wrinkles out of a new bedspread and curtains, and it worked well. Now I want one for home!

There is GREAT space inside-- my husband thinks it's pretty near 2xs the capacity of what we had before. That plus the energy efficient cycles are going to save energy and money, seriously. Also, I love the little chimes when the cycles are completed--- it's very charming. Love this machine.

I love that it is a full size washer and dryer that doesn’t take up a large amount of space. Also one of my favorites on this is that the controls for both the washer and dryer are easy to reach being in the middle of both units.

I Always had 2 washers and 2 dryers in each room, but didn’t want to stack them and make them so tall. This is the most perfect washer and dryer combo ever created! So sleek looking, too!

I bought this combination washer/ dryer to replace a combination washer/dryer for a condo. I needed a smaller unit since the laundry area is small. This combo fit exactly in the area available. The washer and dryer are quiet which is needed in a small area. I love the touch pads. There are numerous wash cycles available. The dryer also has several cycles to choose from. I love this combo much more than the original in the condo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought both units appeared to be small but we have used both the washer and dryer and I can attest they both perform as well as our stand alone washer and dryer. It is a bit tricky to wiggle into place with the non-skid rubber feet but I placed a strip of new carpet backing side up, carpet side down under each foot. It slid into place with ease, then I tipped the unit slightly forward, pulling out the rear carpet strips, then tipped it slightly backward, pulling out the front carpet strips. I guess I will have to repeat this method annually when I clean out the vent tube. Perhaps the engineers can come up with a step-on wheel system that retracts into the unit like seen on some heavy table saws. When I asked my sales person about potential leaks at the washer door gasket, she said that is no longer an issue, but the washer gasket can get moldy if it isn't cared for properly and once it does, there is no getting rid of the mold. So we faithfully dry the entire rubber gasket and leave the door open until next use. This works well.

It works well, is very quiet, and has saved us space in a small laundry room. My wife loves the mid-level controls as she’s short stature, and especially the usability of the controls. LG has made quite clear which cycles to us and how to select temperatures and intensity levels of both washer and dryer. Thank you for a well designed product! We hope it lasts our lifetimes.
