[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the unit for 2 weeks now, so far it is excellent, quick wash/dry and very quiet. Easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space! As I stated so far it is excellent this is the first LG product I have ever purchased and I am really like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the washtoqer is a great looking great performing unit. Love the convenience of the dryer calculating the dry time for the load that was just washed the washer is incredible as to the pre programmed wash cycles and to me the clothes seem to come out cleaner than before I got it. Both washer and dryer are very quiet when operating. We also love the energy saving feature for the dryer when in normal cycle. it air dries for the first part of the cycle then heats to finish the drying process. love all the features. would highly recommend'

Our laundry room is 6 feet by 6 feet and it was not designed for a short person. Our old side by side washer and dryer combination was 32 inches deep and 38 inches tall. The built-in cabinets were above the washer and dryer and 14 inches deep. That meant my wife had to stretch over the edge of the appliances to get to the cabinet and she could barely reach the bottom shelf. Add to that, the drum on the washer was deep; she had use a gripper to reach the clothes to pull them out. Then we saw a store display of the LG Washtower. That changed the game. We spent a few weeks researching the units and taking measurements to make sure we could fit it in the space we had. It looked good on paper so we decided to buy the unit. I removed the old washer and dryer and tore out all the original cabinets. We patched up the walls and added a fresh coat of paint. To brighten the area, I mounted an LED ceiling light. We bought a freestanding storage cabinet that doubled our shelf space and it was all accessible without stretching. Delivery day went very smooth, the installers were great. They made sure everything was working and all the hookups fit. I finished up by bolting the cabinet to the wall and then we ran our start up test of the Washtower. The center control panel worked well, easy to read and set up both the washer and dryer. What can I say, it was easy to load and my wife is happy. There was no stretching or reaching to load the washer. Detergent and softener trays are easy to fill. Both units operate quietly and with shorter cycles than our old units. After three weeks we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a new washer and dryer. Plus, they look good. Thank you LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG Washtower for about two weeks and I’m so happy that I puerchased this one. I love the washer and dryer. The design is beautiful and controls are well thought out. Very easy to operate both. These are a real energy saver because they get my laundry clean and smelling so fresh in 1/2 the time my old stackable did (another brand). The unit is very efficient, quiet, and well designed. The LG app is very useful too to let me know when the loads will be finished. Plus the app has lots of helpful tips. Even the end of cycle signal that’s a little Irish jig is pretty cute. (It can be turned off if you’re not into that.) I love my new LG Washtower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is outstanding so far. It is everything and more as advertised.Included hookup accessories which is a plus. Plan to buy accessories which go with this unit. I had an LG washer and dryer which this replaced; that I purchased in 2008. I gave away the washer and dryer because it still had life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a couple of weeks ago, I had seen advertisements on TV and had decided to purchase when current stackable needed replaced. My brother and sister in law purchased this unit and said how much they lived it. I went ahead and purchased before my old stackable quit. Unit is everything advertised, great performance and looks amazing, looking forward to many years of service from this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a washer dryer stack that didn't look like the unit in my first apartment 40 years ago. I wanted a sleeker design and the space savings that a stackable unit provides. Installing this unit immediately gave me back half my laundry cupboard with full size capacity! It is quieter and doesn't "walk" when the spin cycle is high. The only drawback was the price. There is a premium for space savings apparently, but other than sticker shock, we are happy with the unit at present!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our 1st purchase of a stackable washer/dryer. We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached. We love the ONE control panel for both machines. Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use. If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled. But that's on me because I need to call Support. We highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer and dryer unit. The only challenge was in getting the dryer venting set-up properly. I started with a low profile rear vent, which gave me consistent issues with vent blockage alarms. The vent tube was a low profile sheet metal ovaled vent with 90 bends at the top and bottom. On multiple occasions, I validated a clear exhaust path with clear airflow from dryer to outdoors and ensured sealed connections throughout, only to continue receiving vent blockage alerts. I switched to a side exhaust using the side exhaust kit, and round 4” flexible tube and that immediately resolved the problem. The unit has worked flawlessly since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer and dryer combo for a very small laundry room. We need a unit that was able to fit the measurements. The all-in-one was a perfect fit. We now have a full-size washer and dryer in our home. I enjoy the LG app as it tells me when my loads are completed. With a busy schedule, a simple reminder is always welcomed.
