[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tower controls are in a great position for shorter people however the washer tub is deep making it difficult to get the wet clothes out at times. When the wash is done the door drips water onto the floor. I purchased this tower because I am only 4’10”. I thought having the controls in the middle would be great. I am somewhat disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and had a few issues in the beginning. This is NOT LG...our installer through a 3rd party did not remove shipping bolts on the back. We weren't aware this existed and ran the machine. Not good...the bolts are used to keep the machine stable while in transit. We figured all this out on our own and removed them. Had a LG service guy come out and check everything out. He was great! he also reset the dryer because it wasn't installed correctly either as we kept getting the D80 error code. He got it all worked out and I love the machine! The speed wash is great and very effective...done in 15 minutes! We now have extra room in our laundry room for storage so its a win/win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tower exceeded my expectations. I love how beautiful it looks in my condo and all the features make it a good buy. This washer/dryer tower works beautifully and it is compact so that it doesn't take that much space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and installed it, however the unit came to me with faulty heating elements and components and had constantly been giving be me overheating codes. LG has had great customer service and a tech has ordered new parts to fix it but I didn’t expect to purchase a brand new washer/dryer combo and the brand new dryer not work at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this unit for a few weeks and it definitely lives up to its name and reputation. I live in a condo with limited space and this unit fit into that space perfectly. I am also amazed at how it cut my laundry time literally in half. It has a super large capacity and the Turbo Wash cycle is only about 40 minutes long. There is also a speed wash option which takes only 20 minutes! The load of clothes (Jeans, towels, cotton T-shirts, etc.) dries in 50 minutes. I highly recommend this LG laundry center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked and looked for a W&D that made sense in my space - and this was perfect. Aesthetically pleasing, such smart technology, very quiet, a lot packed in a small package, and the controls in the middle - absolute perfection. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just fell in love with the design how it is like all one piece and it saved a lot of room in my laundry room. The only problem I have is that connecting my phone to the washer and dryer. I followed the instructions but didn't work.

I bought this in December 2020 and have not been able to access the wifi, have had issues with water not draining, as well as the dryer not completely drying a load of laundry on the first run ( medium size loads ). I like the concept, but needs to function better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace a washer which was leaking and I wanted to gain more space by stacking the units. I have stacked units in the past and the vibration was extremely.worrisome. Yet I needed more spin to lower the amount of time it takes to dry. The wash tower solved both of those issues. I am washing new sheets and new towels to set up a short Term Rental and it has handled these items very well, my one concern is the dryer vent screen with lots of lint from the new bedding does miss some of the lint and I get a D-80 vent blockage code regularly. I clean out the screen after each load and other than that both the washing machine and the dryer seem to work very well. Quiet and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new quiet tower type washer and dryer and went to a store close to me and they had exactly what I wanted. The LG appliance is the perfect thing for me it is quiet it’s efficient and does an extremely good job of cleaning and drying the clothes
