[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG Tower and washer works great but the dryer has sensors in it and due to the long exhaust piper we get an error when we dry a normal load. Wish they could increase dryer output to get rid of errors We would probably have same error with any new dryer unless we would one without the sensors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so impressed with how quiet our LG washer/dryer is and what a great job it does on clothes. I love that it weighs the clothes and between that and the settings you pick it tells you how long that cycle will be so things don't get wrinkled sitting there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small wash room and using the stack unit allowed us to put in more shelving and cabinets. The wash cycle is faster that our old LG unit which is great. So far it’s a perfect fit for use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Washtower about 3 months ago as part of a laundry room/pantry redesign. It’s sleek, powerful, quiet, and beautiful! It takes up half the space of my former dinosaurs and fits perfectly in the standard W/D alcove with a new drying rack next to it. It also blends beautifully with my pantry items and shelving in the same room. White doors and black hardware bring it all together. Bought this Washtower in the black stainless and it looks almost custom with the new black rack. Can’t say enough about the great job it does on my clothes; they come out spotless and nearly wrinkle-free. I’d totally recommend this machine - technology has overcome laundry drudgery. My laundry room is now my happy place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this washer dryer combination for about two months now. Pros: Central control panel makes it easy to change settings for washer or dryer. Having an all in one unit makes it space saving in my hall laundry area. Cons: extremely fast spin cycle of washer can sound like a turbojet engine. Lint trap in dryer has nooks and crannies that are hard to clean out when cleaning the filter. Having to wipe down washer glass and rubber gasket after every load can be annoying. Misc.: haven’t connected to Wi-Fi yet to utilize advance functions but haven’t needed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me awhile to decide if I wanted to have electric and plumbing done so I could have a unit on the 1st floor. It was the best decision I could have made. It has made my life so much easier. No more changes of falling carrying laundry upstairs every again. It is a lifesaver especially when you are up in age. Thank you to LG for finally making such a wonderful product.

I bought my WashTower for a new space I built onto my house. We wanted to make everything new. It replaced my great aged LG Tromm. I gifted it to my daughter. My new LG is great as well. I plan to buy another WashTower again for another property. That said — here are matters to address: • Touch pad needs to be more intuitive • Touch pad need to respond to touch much better than it does • The AI function detects and by default chooses settings. Great. But when customizing settings (that we use regularly) there are functions available that user must research to discover. •.A reservoir holding tank for detergent etc . . . would complete this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set about a month ago and having been extolling its virtues ever since! I absolutely love this washer/dryer combo. It is extremely quiet and does an amazing job. Perfect for our condo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love technology. And these washer/dryer combo has it. Unfortunately it took two grown men over 10 minutes to figure out that one needed to press AND HOLD the screen-style buttons to make the washer work. Since that demasculating experience, we have had no issues or problems. I definitely does what it's supposed to do (clean and dry clothes) and does so with some pizzaz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG Wash Tower. Both units are full size; do a super job on laundry and fit very well into our small laundry area. We love that they are one unit so the controls for both are in the middle. Very glad we purchased this & plan to use it for many years.
