Love the features of steam and the fast spin. Nice looking unit. Be sure the unit is fully balanced. Only complaint is that the vibration sensor already had to be replaced. Parts are not readily available and repair service companies are not experienced

I love that the controls are easy to reach and that the dryer automatically sets to the same setting as the washer. My only qualm is that the dryer doesn’t always dry things thoroughly, so I usually have to run another cycle, but otherwise it works fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a small laundry space, I needed a stackable replacement. This tower fits the bill perfectly. I actually have more space with this tower and the controls are more accessible. It’s sleek design is visually pleasing. Very solidly built and high end finishes add to it’s function and appeal. I am very happy with both the washer and dryer. Amazingly both have full load capacity, unlike my former pair. The smart controls are very useful and keep guess work to a minimum. The end of cycle “happy song” is much better than an annoying buzzer. Overall performance is great! Well worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great machine. Much larger and more efficient than our elderly LG. Love the center controls. Can't figure out how to do a tub clean. Digital controls don't seem to allow as much user input into selection of cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our LG Washtower for for 2 weeks now and we are extremely happy with it's performance and results. It is quiet and efficient. It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry closet is tall and narrow and I had to stack our prior washer/dryer. I'm short, so I had a tough time seeing and using the dryer dials. This tower does away with that problem. It is as functional as my other LG, and does a very nice job of cleaning the clothes. It may be my imagination, but the dryer seems to leave the clothes a little softer than my other LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be working fine, install was tricky because it's such a large unit, ours needed to go on the 2nd floor and the team delivering it wouldn't move it up there because of safety concerns, so that's something to consider. Once we paid movers to move it up and slide it in it's worked well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 1 year ago and I still get excited when it's time for laundry, because of this machine. I know that's silly, but on top of doing a fantastic job cleaning, drying, and steaming clothes, it's beautiful and fun to operate. I love that the dryer knows what settings to use based on what was just washed -- they talk to each other! SO quiet (except for the finishing chimes, they go on for quite the song), so efficient, I'm a very happy customer.

All the other brands we looked at had top mounted controls on the dryer units which were almost impossible for my wife to read and reach. An added bonus is the the unit is super quiet and efficient.

There are only a couple of things I do not like - doors are not reversible, I was not informed that I needed a hose for the dryer steam function and the washer is quite noisy. Other than these things, I am very pleased and highly recommend this unit.
