I am so glad I bought this LG laundry center. I was having buyers remorse before delivery. I almost canceled the order. I am so glad I didn’t! Because of Covid I am now my formerly healthy working husbands caretaker. I needed a washer/dryer on the first floor. It was really hard on me carrying baskets of clothes up and down steps. I Absolutely love Turbo Wash! It takes half the time to do a load, compared to my other washer. I also love the Dryers Turbo Steam. I throw my blankets in and they come out feeling and smelling fresh and clean. I picked this laundry center for two reasons. I needed to wash and dry my king size sheets and comforter. The second was the size. I had a very limited space to fit in. The other styles would not fit. I love the dryer steam wrinkle setting. This is the laundry center is perfect fit for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you can use your cell phone to control the washer, you have. Any great features that are not accessible on the washer itself. I have Wi-Fi but I have been unable to access the extra features and have to use the controls on the washer itself. They are still good but not as many options. The dryer won’t finish drying our bathing suits even when the dryer is set to the longest drying length. If the dryer finishes it’s cycle leaving clothes damp, you can’t go back and make the dryer work long enough to really dry the clothes.

I have not been disappointed. I tested the dryer steam feature with a pair of wrinkled jeans and sure enough it worked. We could not be happier! Thanks LG

We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached. We love the ONE control panel for both machines. Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use. If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled. But that's on me because I need to call Support. We highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the ease of use of this WashTower. It works perfectly for our space and I love all the features. One problem I am having with the WashTower is that off and on it keeps displaying an error code about the dryer vent being clogged but continues to work anyway. I don't know if the sensor is faulty or if I need someone to come and clean our vents. We thought we had fixed the problem and the error code went away for awhile, but now it is back again.

After considerable research, we opted for the LG Single Unit Front Load LG Wash-Tower. The controls are centrally located between the washer and the dryer unit, allowing the unit to be shorter than separate (stacked) units, while keeping the controls easy to reach. The chimes LG plays at cycle startup and completion are musically pleasant and make us feel like we are back in Korea. The washing cycle is both quiet and water efficient, and after a wash, the dryer is already programmed to the exact drying particulars. We have washed may types and size loads, always to Great Success.

I love the color, I love the performance, and I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space, but still has a large capacity. The center controls are easy to use for everyone in our family and it has all the great washing and drying features I look for including adjustable temp, spin, and soil level. I also love the extra rinse cycle, time dry, and energy saver mode. My only complaint is that I wish that I could adjust the time dry in increments of one minute versus the set amounts. Overall, I love the style and performance of this machine, as well as the extra laundry room space it provides without having to sacrifice capacity.

The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

I love my new LG Stackable Washer and Dryer. It gave me back space in my laundry room and looks amazing. The capacity is the same as my old Full Size Washer and Dryer. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for Washer and Dryer setup.

It is VERY heavy, though, as you might expect. I recommend careful installation - in other words get it where you want it - because once it is in, it is in! Needs 2 strong people to move it.
