[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can honestly say that I enjoy this machine so much, that I can't wait to do laundry! It makes laundry day such a breeze. I love the fact that the machine is truly full-sized and accommodates whatever load is put in, saving me both time and water, and I love the little tune at the end of the wash/dry cycles! My beautiful daughter gifted me this machine as a thank you for me supporting her throughout her two-year health crisis, and I so appreciate her generosity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our LG Washtower for for 2 weeks now and we are extremely happy with it's performance and results. It is quiet and efficient. It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and look of this unit. Because the dryer is on top of the washer, it gives me a lot more space in my small laundry room. The color (black steel) is beautiful. The unit is very simple to use. There's a nice manual; however, it's pretty easy to figure out on your own. I will use the manual to figure out how to use the steam function which I'm very excited to try. I have also downloaded the app to enable various washing cycles from my phone. I really do not know if I will use this feature, but it's nice to have. So far, the only issue I have had is that it squeaks loudly during the spin cycle. I have yet to figure out how to fix this, but I will be calling LG for help. The dryer is awesome. It dries better and faster than my previous dryer. Overall, I am very happy!

I am so glad I bought this LG laundry center. I was having buyers remorse before delivery. I almost canceled the order. I am so glad I didn’t! Because of Covid I am now my formerly healthy working husbands caretaker. I needed a washer/dryer on the first floor. It was really hard on me carrying baskets of clothes up and down steps. I Absolutely love Turbo Wash! It takes half the time to do a load, compared to my other washer. I also love the Dryers Turbo Steam. I throw my blankets in and they come out feeling and smelling fresh and clean. I picked this laundry center for two reasons. I needed to wash and dry my king size sheets and comforter. The second was the size. I had a very limited space to fit in. The other styles would not fit. I love the dryer steam wrinkle setting. This is the laundry center is perfect fit for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned and used our Washtower for over a month now and can't be more impressed. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! The washer spins to almost dry, handles everything up to queen sized comforters....Has a cycle for any type of laundry and a steam clean cycle for antiseptic purposes. The dryer is works perfectly, with plenty of dry/steam options. The lighted drum is an unexpected surprise. The unit as a whole is perfect for our townhouse setting, full size yet space-saving. You can easily reach to the rear of either drum, central controls. This Washtower is a home run, don't even consider any others !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved recently and laundry room in my new place is a bit cramped. This new unit replaced my old side-by-side W&D and gave me space to put in shelves for storage and still have room for laundry baskets. I'm still getting to know the controls, but so far the machines have done a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not one to buy a product that is the first of its kind. However, with limited time and space, I took a chance on the LG Tower and couldn't be happier. I love the control panel in the middle. I'm short and can't reach stacked units. The washer completely cleans the clothes in reasonable time and the dryer is perfect. I also love that the clean out trap for the washer is easy to get to. I don't like the chore, but being able to handle it easily, means I don't put it off. Don't forget the steam! Honestly, I feel like I have the luxury model for the price of a good washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 3 years with a heat pump dryer and HOURS of drying time, this machine quickly and cleanly washes and dries multiple loads in no time. Many shirts come out of the dryer without a wrinkle. No more ironing!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the WashTower about a month or so. The washer and dryer were squeaky at first, but after a call to customer service I unplugged and plugged in the machine per instructions and it took care of the squeaky dryer. The washer however, is still loud in the spin cycle. Also the washer is a little low but we are having a cabinet built with a platform for the unit. I would buy it again though. I love the large capacity in the small amount of space it takes up. Bottomline, it does a great job of washing and drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Happy we Bought this Machine! Dad had an amputation the beginning of this year and with my bad back as it already is, our old original whirlpools from the 90's were still going great don't get me wrong, but really needed an upgrade. So long story short we really needed a higher efficient unit and some more accessible. We have owned stacker units in the Past, But the Knobs and Buttons were always hard to reach. With this unit everything is accessible. Dad can even do his own laundry independlty from his wheelchair. Most of the time he can even use his grabber to help retrieve items out of the dryer, which he says has been really great. The Unit itself is Quiet, Runs Efficiently and Cleans clothes quickly and thoroughly. I really love the Steam Sanitizing setting, The Dryer steamer works wonders for my husband uniforms when he doesn't want to wait 2 weeks for them to return from the cleaners. Overall Great Experience and Very Satisfied with our First Real Appliance Purchase.
