I will not buy this product again. Since we got it we had problems drying the clothes. It will not dry well. Sadly I did nothing and waited so long for the warranty to finish. Also, the washer doesn't clean the clothes well. Very disappointing with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy I did! It makes washing clothes so much easier with pre determined settings to choose from. Plus, the little jingle that plays when the load is done is just fun.

Previous stackable (37 years old) died and there weren't many out there that would fit in its space. Trusted independent repairman ruled out several of them as being maintenance headaches but had not seen any problems with this LG unit so we went with it and so far have been quite satisfied. Although it hardly seems to be using enough water the clothes do come out clean, and it is not at all noisy. A minor annoyance is that you cannot manually change the temperature of the dryer's "Normal" function which is preset as "hot". Apparently you can adjust the settings using the app (assuming you don't have a 5G phone) but I'd find it a lot easier to just be able to do it for each individual load with the temperature setting button on the machine. Other than that I can't really imagine ever using the app at all.

This machine looks great in my hallway and it works great, too. The only difficulty I have is the fitted sheets capture other sheets into a tight ball in the middle of the drum. I have just started washing the fitted sheet separately to solve the problem. Apparently other people with different machines have the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice features, like that the controls are in the center. Have a small space and only way to have a full-sized washer/dryer was to stack them. Traditional unit could not see dryer controls to set. This eliminated that issue. Bought an adapter kit to Vent out the side to give me more space in front so I can open door all the way. Only drawback is bending over to get item out of washer. I have 10' ceilings so I may build a platform to raise the whole system up for easier access. Overall extremely pleased with this appliance

It is so convenient having wash/dryer on same floor as our bedroom. Love the look and size of the laundry tower. It washes and dries well and is not too loud. I'd recommend purchase.

Plan to buy accessories which go with this unit. I had an LG washer and dryer which this replaced; that I purchased in 2008. I gave away the washer and dryer because it still had life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine for about 2wks and I am in love. The instructions on how to operate are easy to follow and I love the center touch control panel. It's easy to put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the drawer and to load the clothes which come out fantastic. This is my first front loader and it's wonderful not having to deal with clothes twisted and wrapped around the agitator. My unit is in my garage but it is so good looking that I actually wish it was in my home. Do not hesitate to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG Washer/Dryer Tower! It is perfect because there is a lot of place left in the laundry room now to store other stuff. I like the panel in the middle between the washer (at the bottom) and the dryer (at the top). It is very intuitive, easy to use. The wash and dry are smooth, quiet. There is also an app you can download and set up when you want your washer to start,and the cycle used. We are very pleased!!
