I bought the LG Washtower with Turbo Wash and Steam Dryer about a month ago. I previously had a LG front load (side by side) washer and dryer which I loved. This Washtower model even better. It’s quiet, quick, uses less water, and has AI technology and fabric sensors that take care of your clothing. I have limited space and replace an 15 year old apartment size stack unit. The tub was so small that only one sheet would fit per load. The washer had no water level setting and the dryer ran forever. The new Washtower is an amazing appliance. I would recommend to any size family from 1 to ???. My previous LG side by side model was much louder in the spin cycle and seemed to run for a long time. The Washtower makes laundry quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with the value and quality of the LG Washtower. It was money well spent.

It has multiple built in functions that make it easy to use and great to customize settings. you can even download the app and start the washer and dryer without being home if you forget when you leave the house. I used to have a separate washer/dryer with this sleek design it has saved so much space in my small entrance way/laundry room (hence I was able to add additional cabinets and storage). easy access to place the laundry soap (powder or liquid) bleach and fabric softener very clearly marked. easy access Lint trap. easily fits a King size Comforter no more pulling it out rotating it around to dry. I am super excited to have this LG appliance it makes washing clothes easy. The washer and dryer both play chimes when the cycles are complete. It has a sanitize cycle that works great for my scrubs, I also use for our towels. This washer and dryer uses smart technology and adjust water, cycle length and heat cycle (assuming by weight). This unit is very heavy, you may need assistance to move it. Easy connections for water lines and for the dryer heat ducts. Recommend this appliance as it is very efficient, nice sleek thin style, saves on laundry time and saves on room space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this WashTower in December and actually love doing laundry now! I live in a Condo with a laundry "closet" and this unit allowed me to wash and dry vertically and freed up 1/2 the space in the area for other storage. Clothes are clean, wash time is excellent, and the dryer steam feature is a dream. Very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Washtower a couple of months ago. We especially love how nice it looks. We also like the smart features. We always know when a load is completed. We’re currently remodeling our laundry room, once done we’ll post some photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to the tower so we could add a utility sink to our small laundry room. It works well, I am short (5’3”) and it’s nice to be able to easily reach everything. I also like that it links to my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this wonderful unit a month ago and it made my life alot more enjoyable. This unit is in my Guest House so I downloaded the wifi app that lets me know when the cycle is complete. What a great thing that LG came up with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this wash tower for our second laundry room in the basement. It fit perfectly and does a fantastic job. The controls are easy to reach - unlike my last stackable which were very high for a vertically challenged person. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm enjoying the LG ThinQ app which notifies me when a load is finished. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another wash tower. Thank you, LG for coming up with this concept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not bought a washer and dryer in over 20 years and I bought the stackable LG washer and dryer November 2022, my family has been amazed that it does not take as long to do our laundry. Should have bought this much sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a stacked washer/dryer arrangement. If we had purchased a separate stackable washer and dryer, the controls for the dryer would have been too high for my wife to reach. This LG unit is the perfect fit for our situation. With the controls in the middle of the combined unit, both of us can easily program the units to operate. The machine provides all the adjustments we need to wash and dry the differing types of loads. The machine is quiet, efficient, and cleans and dries well. We are completely satisfied with the machine and recommend it to anyone who needs a stacked arrangement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has the best features and for the first time ever I haven't had to rerun my loads to get them dry and have actually had to wait on wash loads to finish after the dryer loads were done. This unit has made me so happy. If there were one thing I could change it would be to set the unit up to be operated remotely permanently and not each time it turns on. I would like to be able to set it up the night before then start it from work remotely. Otherwise this is an amazing unit and my clothes have been perfectly clean every time - even our camping gear came out cleaner. I'm so very impressed.
