Owned for 2 weeks and it is leaking!

Had this tower for two weeks and it is leaking all over my floor. Never had this happen before. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Great washer dryer combo, I like that both tanks light up so you can see what happens inside. It shakes a little though.

Smells Bad Despite Tub Clean Cycles

We regularly run the tub clean cycle and the machine smells like a sewer after 3.5 years. No way to fix it. It is basically disposable.

Security Flaws- DO NOT GET

The ThinQ app requires an open wi-fi network. This is not okay. Machine is being returned asap because of this.
