Service needed after 7 uses

Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for about a month and love it. The controls all being in the middle really helps my wife who isn’t the tallest. We also enjoy being able to track the cycle status from our devices.

Great Great features

AMAZING SET

First true combo stack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much better than buying stackable. Only one with controls in the center. Great washer dryer but wish it had a few more settings. Can’t adjust water temp in normal setting. Otherwise love it

Dryer turns off prematurely

I purchased the unit in March. It worked fine for a couple months but now the dryer turns off prematurely. It also randomly skips form 10 minutes to 7 minutes to 14 minutes for example.

Be Aware Doors are not reversible

I love this wash tower however having thought I read the spec sheet there was no mention that the doors are not reversible anywhere. Just beware they are left hinged. Unfortunately this hidden piece of information has ruined my new laundry room.
